Great Place to deal with for sure.. Good phone service in my area and everything works great all the time.. They just need to do a better job with existing customers.. Like better deals and make things more convenient for someone who's been there that long for so long can your father still too high dollar for existing customers to re-up or upgrade and you have to go into the store you can't buy online which is kind of pathetic.. but great service

If I could give less than one star I but it doesn't allow me to leave comments if I don't take a star so the only reason it's got one star is because I had to I am a very long time customer and this is by far the worst I've seen metro from the phone to the service to I'm calling fox 5 news about the virus I was given by metro

Excellent service. Not sure his name, I think Pablino. Excellent customer service. He went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed. Above and beyond with the customer care. He was also extremely knowledgeable. All the associates were friendly and helpful. Customers were in and out with what they needed. Will highly recommend this location.

Got ripped off. I paid to turn on a phone bill yesterday on a phone that had been off for a while and instead of changing my due date they kept the old one so I ended up paying over 80$ for literally one day of service. If you want good honest customer service you should go to another location

We went to the store to see why my fiancé phone was not working right and the girl didn’t want to do her or help us bc we are white and she had an attitude from the start my fiancé told her that she didn’t have to be so rude and not wanting to do her job then she ignored us so we left so won’t do business there again

I received excellent custermer service at this location. The young man who helped me was very patient,kind, and attentive. He made replacing a lost phone and picking out a new phone an easy pleasurable experience. My only regret is that I don't know his name, so that I could give him a more personable accolade.
