Renee and Hannah were total life savers. I have been looking for a part for my husband’s c CPAP machine for weeks. After being told by so many companies it would be $300-$500 for a small plastic part I was starting to lose hope. Renee and Hannah were able to help me with a new mask and head gear for under $100. They are amazing and we are truly grateful for your help. We will definitely be back!!

I have been working with Renee over 8 years and I have found her to be the most upright professional and understanding of ostomy supplies that I purchased and I've dealt with all my life if she doesn't know the answer she looks into what she needs to do to find the information I need. That's why I keep coming back you don't know where else. Thank you Renee

To the lovely woman with dyed blonde hair and and purple and clear glasses. You absolutely made our day. You are fantastic. If this pharmacy was closer than my old one. I would definitely transfer. You deserve a raise. You are so wonderful. Me and my partner can’t thank you enough and you’re a wonderful representative of the company.Also, read some of the other reviews I just want to say I love whoever’s responding to these people that don’t get their facts straight! It’s so refreshing. You guys deserve so many good reviews.

Red flags when dealing with new pharmacist!When preparing to write this review I realized that this pharmacist left a 5 star review on himself saying “The new pharmacist is amazing.”Amazing has not been my experience. He was unprofessional, lacked knowledge and empathy.I have used Medical Park Pharmacy for years. I have chronic pain and I’m on disability with many prescriptions. Both Butch and Jackson were really good to me and handled my prescription needs professionally.When I called yesterday for a prescription, relying on the way it had always been ordered and ready, he didn’t have it at all. He said they changed the way things are done but never informed me of the changes.Even though I was doing what I had always done and he had not informed me of the change, he blamed me.He never expressed any awareness of or concern for the impact not taking the medication on time would have on me.He didn’t try to offer the solution on transferring the prescription to a nearby pharmacy so that I could still get it filled and take it on time. This is what I ended up doing on my own. Thank you CVS.This pharmacist showed no empathy and even after I expressed understanding of mix-ups occurring during a transition and just wanted to make sure it didn’t happen going forward, he put that responsibility solely on me too.When we couldn’t come to a resolution and I asked to speak to the individual he answers to or the owner, he said as head pharmacist, he was it. There was no one else to speak with. When I expressed that the owner would probably care about keeping my business he wouldn’t give me any contact information for the owner nor did he offer to give them a message to contact me.If I do not hear from someone who cares about my medical needs and values my business, I will transfer all 8 or more prescriptions.So disappointed.

I got there just before closing. I need some mobility equipment. They educated me on what medicare will pay for. They did not rush me even though it was almost closing time.
