I was on a tight schedule and my appointment was at 2:55 but she was busy with another lady. Why make an appointment if i’m not going to be seen at that time. it was 3:40 when i left to do my own hair at my house.Service: Haircut

I got my hair cut recently and it was a disaster. I showed her pictures of what I wanted done.. My hair literally looks like a birds nest! She cut my hair way too short and I’m in tears writing this. Not only did they mess up my hair but they wouldn’t give me a full refund. They didn’t try to fix it or anything! It’s so unprofessional of them! This is MY HAIR and it won’t grow back tomorrow. I’m very frustrated and upset this is very unacceptable and I will never do business with them again!

The salon is very cute and the person who assisted me when I arrived was nice and welcoming. HOWEVER, there are people working there who DO NOT KNOW how to cut hair. The girl who cut my hair had to ask the lady if she was doing it right. They could’ve asked me FIRST if it was okay for an unskilled person to cut my hair. But the cutting had already been done when I realized who was cutting my hair.HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. DO NOT GO HERE. They DO NOT KNOW how to cut hair.Service: Haircut

I wish I was told that the person who did my hair was unskilled at hair coloring. I left disappointed and sad. Please don't put anyone that does not know how to color hair to do so! I feel betrayed. If you decide to come here for coloring, ask if the person is a professional at hair coloring otherwise you'll be left with 3- 4 different hair colors.

Well since the owner want to say that we “arranged” something, here is some valid proof( you can view the pics only on google maps but they keep on getting deleted). And an FYI I’m not wasting more of my time on this place so if you wanted to comment below things that aren’t true that’s on you and whoever wants to believe it. But about my terrible experience... I walked in the store not the owner nor the other staff were wearing masks and Ashley the stylist who did my hair was the only one who had it on. But since I have trouble breathing I asked if I can take mine off and she said I couldn’t and I completely understand the safety behind it but again most of the people in the store didn’t have it so like what’s the point....but tell me why she had to move my chair where I can’t look in the mirror just for her to take the mask off while doing my hair and I didn’t notice until she was putting it back on. Also before everyone left the store there was another Client coming in so there was one more staff there for a while and her and Ashley were talking badly about other clients It took about less then two hours to do my hair (I was shocked because the last time it took about four hours to get highlights cost me $155) and I can tell that the color is completely off as she was toning it ...but I wanted to wait to the end to see it because I’m not a hairstylist I don’t know the process and I was shocked when I finally looked in the mirror and I told her that this is nothing like what I wanted and this is when her attitude completely changed ..she decided to tone it again and then after she was done this is the results I have.. she kept telling that she had a misunderstanding and I asked to speak to a manager so the manager told her to take pics she sent her the pics and while she was showing me the pics she sent to her I saw her basically cussing me out and I was like that’s not professional and she goes “well yeah because your hair looks similar to what you asked for”. After speaking to Mayra, she wanted to dye only my roots to lighter color not even my whole hair but since I was over this whole thing I disagreed and she got upset because I was scared to have her touch my hair again like how can I trust her after all this and that would be the third time she would put something in my hair like That’s all damage!!..at the end she’s trying to tell me that she only used dye and toned the highlights I already had in my hair and that she was supposed to do something else if I wanted to have it exactly like the pic which is what I have asked for since the beginning. She tried to over charge me for the product I didn’t use and the toning she kept putting to fix my hair which I don’t understand why that’s my problem that she’s wasting product but I honestly don’t know what kind of dye costs $180?! Finally The manager/ owner kept defending her and arguing with my mom and she asked for $20-$30 to fix my hair which is funny that’s she would rather lose reputation and customers for $20 extra just to fix her stylists mistakes and it’s been three days as you can see and she haven’t replied to me. Also how can anyone go through someone’s phone unless they know the passcode this is crazy and disrespectful that you would make up stuff like that instead of apologizing for her lack of manners. I promise I never write reviews and even if I have its only good ones but this was the worst experience I have had at any kind of business...there is not any integrity or professionalism in this place, if they kept with that attitude they would lose the few customers they have.

It was my first time dying my hair! I was pretty nervous at first, but Ashley educated me on the different color styles. She helped me out so much in deciding what color and style would suit me best! The staff is super friendly and professional! (:

Great salon, Maria is always amazing I’ve gotten my hair colored here a couple times and each time I’m in love with the result. She just did a keratin treatment on my hair and I’m so happy i finally did it. My hair definitely needed it. Thank you Maria I’ll definitely be back ?

the whole staff is unprofessional, everytime my daughter went the staff is talking badly about their previous customers. The first time ashley did her hair she got the color she wanted as it's one of the few colors you can see on her page. when she went in the second time she asked if she can get a certain color and she told her she can get pretty close to it , however, my daughter walked home with a completely different color and I thought she didn't even go to the salon yet. She told me about how Ashley had a really bad attitude and she couldn't really communicate with her and that she had cussed her out in the messages she sent to her manager as she accidently showed it to my daughter while she was showing her the pics she sent to her manager. So I went to talk manager and she kept defending her worker and said that she had "misunderstanding" and wanted to even charge my daughter another $20 or $30 to fix her hair after she only dyed her hair for $180?! She didn't use bleach or anything and only toned her previous highlights that she had in her hair. I agreed to charger a little extra to fix her hair because they wouldn't give her a refund. its been three days and the manager mayra didn't reply to my daughter on what day she should come and fix her hair! If you want to waste time and money go there because they will take their time and charge you even more than they asked for because of "labor"
