Pésimo trabajo, así se ve mi cabello cuando me lo hago para atrás con esa gran línea horizontal de distinto color, pareciera que va agarrando fuego....Nada que ver con el color que pedi también. Supuestamente era el highlights y me las dejaron todas amarillas, totalmente insatisfecha.

I went to get my sons hair cut here. They got the worst cut . The lady rush and didn’t do a great job. It’s very frustrating. Also this place is very dirty it seems like they don’t broom or mop ever. I wonder if they even clean the machines to cut hair.

I sent a young lady that was being sponsored for prom for hair cut, color and styling. I spoke to a young lady who quoted me $240 for the service requested. She mentioned they also do make up and then quoted me $290 total. It was agreed. The 1st day of her service the sponsor young lady called me and told me payment was demanded in the amount of $250, I called the salon and spoke to a young lady that said they were charging for everything $250 hair and makeup I said are you sure yes keep saying yes and demanded payment. I informed her that since the client has left (young high school student going to work). That she could bring the payment in full in CASH as demanded. I tried to zelle pay or cash app since I was 2 hrs away in Lake Jackson. They the young lady abs stylist called several times demanding payment. But didn't have either methods of payment. So finally after the 3 call she ok for the client to bring the payment (of course) the following day when she was getting styled and make up day 2, the day of her prom. They completed the hair styling and began and completed make up and attempted to charge an additional $50 for the make up that was quoted in the $250 price. This young lady didn't like the makeup they dis on her and they told her to wash the make up off abs leave with just your hair styled. Just hours before her prom abs didn't give her the money back that was quoted in the $250 price. So, I called the salon and confirmed with the young lady I had been speaking to the price SHE gave me that was PAID in full and why didn't the young lady have make up or received her money back for the make up she was told to was off. The lady HUNG UP in my face. I received a call from Elizabeth the salon manager who apologized over and over and felt they should not have made her remove the make up. It saddens me that a beautiful sweet and honored young lady that is so deserving of this life time gift was treated so badly and on her prom day! A day she has been looking forward to abs awaiting all of her high school years. WE PAY for her to have a glam day and in one moment it was shattered into pieces of greedy demands for an additional $50! Even thou we received an apology just think if it was your daughter niece sister going to her prom and she was treated this was. The stylist and the young lady quoting prices should be ashamed of themselves. How would they feel it it was their prom or wedding day! I asked and showed a picture of the hair style I wanted and did not get it at all. I even told her she was cutting it to short, yet she kept going. I asked for it to sit on my shoulder, but when she was done it was 1.5 inches above my shoulders. I kept telling her no it's not what I asked for and she would say yes, this is good. Never again... I already have anxiety about getting hair cut but this was the worst.

Only come here if you're going to completely chop off your hair. I told her only trim the ends because I am trying to grow my hair healthily. (Yes I trim every 3 months regularly). My hair was already half way down my back & I take really good care of my hair. The only reason why I came here was because my friend needed to cut her hair & she was the only one open due to COVID-19. So I thought while I brought my friend & since the ladies that work there were super insistent, I said "sure a small trim to get rid of the few split ends will be beneficial". Oh my goodness! My hair is now 1 inch away from my shoulders!!!! And when she was blow drying it she never not once put a heat protectant so that my newly chopped hair would not get damaged! I will never come here again! They do not listen to a word you say! Also she cut my bangs too, even though I told her no I am trying to grow them as well.
