I usually don't leave reviews but Brandi the Manager really runs a great office. She truly go's above and beyond for patients. Impressed with her staff as well. I highly recommend Lincare.

I normally do not leave reviews, but the care that I have received at Lincare-Gainesville deserves to be recognized. I have a medically fragile 11-year-old special needs daughter, so I have dealt with many companies for many different types of medical equipment over the years. We have never been treated with the type of genuine compassion and kindness that we are receiving here. They are so easy to work with. I know that their primary goal is to help my daughter. There aren’t enough stars on this review to measure what that means to a special needs parent.

I wish I could give 10 stars. I am a prescriber and needed to set up a patient with home oxygen on a Sunday evening. Not only did Brandi (local rep) get everything set up and delivered within 1-2 hours, but the delivery driver (Troy) was fantastic, quick, polite, and everything went smoothly. It was a pleasure working with Lincare and I will continue to refer patients to them after this interaction because the service was impeccable. My patient was so impressed with the service and care she received from Lincare. I am so grateful. Thank you!

Literally one of the worst service companies I've ever dealt with. Their local office is nice but their supply company is a total sham. They have billed medicare three times for the wrong device for me, and I'm stuck with three wrong products and now they say order and pay for personally but meanwhile medicare has paid for three wrong products. Unbelievable and I'm stuck with three things my insurance has paid for because they kept sending the wrong product only to tell me today they can't get the correct product. Unbelievable!!the correct product

Awful service. Not even worth one star. Their equipment is old and always breaking down. I've had to go pick up concentrators from their location several times because they kept breaking down. The patient needs the oxygen 24/7, yet they couldn't make the delivery when needed -thus having to go pick it up. Their billing department is a joke. Considering the business they are in, you would expect compassion towards patients that have been transitioned into hospice care. I can see why Humana Care Plus has dropped their services.

I am a newer user of Lincare for my CPAP machine. It has been a real pleasure working with Lincare in Gainesville, GA. Sarah in particular has been so much help with getting me my CPAP and supporting my needs for the past several months. As a former Customer Service VP at Toshiba and Hitachi, I highly recommend Lincare Gainesville for their support and Sarah of always going the extra mile to insure all my CPAP needs are met. Absolutely would hire her if I were still running the service centers at two of the largest industrial companies in the world. Best Service in their field.

I was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea in June and sought Lincare right away. They didn't have my mask size so i waited for it to come in the mail. After 2 months it finally arrived only to find out a couple of weeks later my 90 day trial was up and if i didn't sleep with my mask perfectly then i would need to bring it back or pay for it. Always hard to get on the phone and not much help when i did. I didn't use the service once in 2.5 months.

I would like to thank Greg Troy for all his help. He has always been extremely consistent with all his deliveries and pick up of my oxygen tanks. He is always very friendly, very nice and courteous. Gregg always make sure that I have everything I need before he leaves. I just want to say thank you to Gregg for all his hard work. Thank you, Mr. Strange.

The people in the Gainesville, Ga office are an awesome group of people to deal with. The people in the office are amazing and so helpful when you have questions or need to get supplies. The technicians Troy and Greg are full of knowledge and are always friendly and willing to answer any questions I may have about the concentrator or any supplies needed! They have a positive attitude and always make sure the patient comes first in whatever their needs are!

We have used other LinCare locations, and this one is absolutely the best one of all. Abby has gone above and beyond in helping us get everything set up. Abby also helped us out with travel arrangements and did an outstanding job. We love that they listen and get your orders correct and on time. They set the standard high for other LinCare location's and they should help train the other locations on how to get it right. I would give more stars if possible! Thank you for a great experience.
