I took a loan out and the employees are the very best I , was very happy! I needed a credit builder loan and they explained the loan with an abundance of detail, I came in a talked to Angelica and Beverly and they did amazing they are Absolutely Professional & Very Helpful! Happy to be a customer.

This company has some poor employees that do the actuary funding. It is flawed or biased. Backstory; I got a loan thru them a year ago for some tires I purchased at Adams custom wheels for 1600.00. Then a month after I got that loan they called me and ran a credit check as offered me a 10,000 loan if I wanted it. Which I did not at the time. Then I paid off the 1600.00 loan in three months 9 months early. So today I called and asked to apply for a 3,000 dollar loan to buy a second car and to use the money for repairs to get it road worthy. And they denied me saying that I had a past bankruptcy which was is 1999 and way over the twelve year ding. And that they would not reverse their decision. So my advise stay away from Lendmark or at least the Gainesville Georgia office. So now I have a inquiry on my credit report which doesn't show anything derogatory as I just went on credit karma and Equifax and fico. Which were all in line and equal. I honestly don't understand why if they have had good past results from lending me money before. Nothing has changed except I now own a house and all my payments for the past 20 years have been on time and I make more money now than when I got the original loan. Something is going on in that office or the people who are making the decisions. You have all been warned. Good Luck

We were approved 10 minutes before they closed and live 5 minutes down the road. They refused to stay open for us to just sign final paperwork. A little Customer service would be nice.

I have two open loans with Lendmark Financial at a different location. I called the one in Gainesville because it is closer to me and I was inquiring about doing a loan with them. At first I called they said they will contact me back. A week goes by and I call to inquire again. Instead of being welcome with open arms here , I was told " why would you not go back to the other Lendmark instead of calling us here". FREAKING WOW! Keep in mind that I have good history with Lendmark and I also referred people to them. However this location did not want my business. No problem , I will not send anyone else to that location. Extremely Unprofessional and bad customer service. I think I will take their advice and stick with "my other" Lendmark location .Goes to show you may have to travel a distance for good customer service but it is indeed worth it!

DO NOT,DO NOT,DO NOT get a loan with this company. My husband got a 7500 loan for a truck the intrest rate is 25% then they charge you a daily rate. When you go make your payment most companies don't punish you for making payment early, oh but not this one. Ex... payment due on the 6th you pay it on the 1st you better have that payment the next month on the first. 25% is 25% so when you get a payment history & you paid your amount but the intrest is way higher than your principal payment something doesn't add up. Working hard to get this paid off ASAP & never ever use or recommend them again. They are taking advantage of the less fortunate. With a smile I might add. Shady shady.
