I do a good bit of my shopping using the boost program. I think they do a good job on both delivery and pickup shopping.

Been going to this store for 7 years, it is horrible. Customer no- service is always rude and not helpful. Wish they would close and build a nice one, like the one on Limestone. Poor Management.

I like Kroger a good bit.. but just a helpful comment because emailing managers is not an option. It is annoying when the deli puts the label anywhere near the zipper.. just try to remove one from the area after your staff sticks it right over it.. and i guarantee it is going to rip the bag. Roast beef should be thinner, and it helps to put liners between at least some of a stack of deli product.

I love this store and the managers/employees. However it would be awesome if they could clean up the area where milk is stored. I've brought mold into my refrigerator because of it. Be careful when choosing milk. I got a 2 year old that I don't need getting sick from this.

The worst customer service during the Night Shift. I literally have never had this experience here before. Joshua is normally working and is always so helpful. However, this time Christie was working customer self checkout and was very rude when I was trying to gain information on their policy when it comes to accepting drivers license via cell phone. Georgia has mandated this as a law now but Christie and some other girl were very rude to me when I tried to show them my ID. They didn’t even look at it or give me any sort of clarification. The other girl even told me “ma’am I’m not going to pull out a policy book for you we aren’t taking it.” I suggested they put signs up to let other customers know because again, this is a state law and acts as an actual ID. This caused the one girl to get an attitude. The thing that really bugged me is the way they were talking to me. I’m a reasonable person and I get it, I work in customer service, but that entire experience was WOW. Definitely need some training done in this store. And if you guys don’t take a valid Georgia license via state laws, then your policy should be clear to the customers.

Always during the busy time of the day Kroger has most of its self checkout lines closed. Poor customer service at this store

Customer service here has been awful the past 2 years. Especially at the self checkout at night time. The rudest people I HAVE EVER MET WORK HERE!! Tonight though, I'm coming home from work late and I really need some bandages for my kid who has had surgery and at 15 minutes til 11 the doors would not open. Customers were still coming out but no one could go in. There was no signage saying they were closing early or had changed their hours but this was a really bad experience, ANOTHER BAD EXPERIENCE AT THOMPSON BRIDGE KROGER! WONT BE BACK EVER!!!

Very friendly shopping experience with friendly employees to help you with anything you may need. An employee named Wyatt helped me out to my car my last visit, and he was very kind and generous and made sure all my needs were met!

I’ve been coming to this Kroger for 6-7 years. Up until the past 2-3 years it has been a positive experience. I get my groceries and go on about my day. However I do not know their names but the two older ladies(one has blonde hair, the other has dark hair) who work at self checkout and who often are there during closing have been nothing but DISGUSTINGLY rude to my fiancé and I. We are constantly getting profile(for stealing) by these two specific people, they always have a smug attitude, always leaning over our shoulders to see what we are doing at checkout, and are just very unwelcoming. I know we can’t be the only ones who feel the way we do. I’d say management knows already about this and is choosing to let it slide.Kindly fix this situation please so we can have a positive experience getting our groceries. Thanks.
