Kroger offers a wide selection of quality food and household products from popular brands. Customers can find fresh produce, meats, seafood, dairy, home goods, and pharmaceuticals, making it a convenient one-stop shop for savings. However, some shoppers face issues like long waits at the customer service counter for money orders and limited assistance. The deli area can be tricky to navigate, with labels sometimes causing bags to rip, and some items like roast beef could be sliced thinner. The store generally has friendly staff and good management, but cleanliness concerns exist, especially around the milk storage area, which has led to mold issues. During busy times, many self-checkout lines are closed, resulting in poor customer service experience. Seasonal produce, such as watermelons, may not always meet expectations, though the fall pumpkin selection is plentiful. Overall, Kroger provides a good shopping experience with room for improvements.
This store's customer service is better than New Holland although smaller store.

Love the staff here. John is one of my favorites. He always remembers you and stops to speak to you. The parking is horrible, but the store itself is good. Highly recommend.

The people at customer service are very nice but Jordan a cashier is terribly rude. She smells like rotten eggs and is super rude. Aimee is right behind her telling me I’m wrong but when the front end manager Betty comes she puts them in their place.
