Ridulous to be required to use digital coupons. Just lower the prices. Such a hassle have stopped shopping here as much due to the major inconvenience of coupons to get the deal posted.

Store is great, pharmacy is terrible. They constantly screw up, and if you are out of a life saving med like trulicity. They could care less. Each will blame the other, and if you confront them on their lies, they will say well.... that's not really what happened. Stay away from the pharmacy at all costs. they just don't care about people.

I like the store it has always fresh produce and vegetables, meats are great and great variety of items, they have specials that are really good for your wallet, staff is friendly and you can sip a coffee while you’re shopping.

Like other stores, prices have gotten really high however with digital coupons and sales it does help. Employees are always nice. Store is clean.

Usually great experience but the cashier seemingly ignoring us today. She just staring off while I was actively talking to her and just didn’t respond mean while their bagger looking concerned and baffled as she removed wrong item after I finally got her attention. My blood sugar was low so I went to buy drink and she removed that instead of a plastic cup. Not similar names or colors either I just think she didn’t really care. I just left with what was still on list getting tired of trying fight for her attention. I checked no one was behind me so I do not even know what she could have possibly been so distracted by. Even bagger seemed at a loss as to what the cashier was doing.

Rude cashier, not sure if she’s racist- Zahira- did not greet us when she was checking out. She did not even tell us our total, she basically stood there and waited till I tapped my phone and handed us the receipt while she had her face turned to another upcoming customer who was not Hispanic. nor did she say have a good evening. Management needs to do better in hiring people who genuinely care about their community and do not discriminate.

Staff member “Jerry” told me that the store was CLOSED. I explained to him that it was about 10 minutes before 11:00 PM and that the store wasn’t supposed to be scheduled for closing until 11:00 PM and that I only needed a gallon of milk… “1 item only “
Lots of customers were still inside the building making their final selections and getting ready to exit. Yes I do understand this, but for the hassle over one item that I could have gotten and been out with before other patrons even got finished is ridiculous.
“I still could have gotten it and been out before 11 is the whole point here”
So I asked for a manager and he said they didn’t have one.I asked for his name and he “COVERED UP” his name tag and said I didn’t need his name…then told me I needed to “get off the property before he called the police ”. Then I started filming with my phone cause I felt that management needed to see for themselves how this employee was acting.
I asked for his name again with my phone recording and he refused to show his name tag and COVERED them up again telling me that he doesn’t have to give me his name. Then he tried to put his hands on my phone walking towards me “outside of the store” telling me I don’t have the right to be filming and that he didn’t care if I reported him to corporate.
I think he needs to be fired for his actions at this point and yes he will be reported to higher offices when they are opened on Monday cause all of this was very unprofessional and not necessary.

Huge Kroger but limited food, barely produce, juices, bagels. I don't understand how can a huge kroger don't have everything regarding food. Your not Walmart. They should close half of the store and open up a TJ Maxx or Marshall's.

Everything about this store is great until you have to check out. They never have any lanes open and the associates at self checkout always take forever to help you, regardless if you are the only person currently at self checkout and if you ask for help, they act irritated that you ask them for anything. I hate leaving bad reviews but this happens almost every time i come in here. (Holly is the only one who does her job and is not included in this mini frustration rant)

This is the mega mart of Krogers. They have expanded beyond the food to include kitchenware, clothes and even gambling.
