A couple of kind people,but the majority act as if my business is just an annoyance. I have driven there multiple times to pick up a rx that I had been told was ready,only to find it was not ready. Never an apology or even an offer to expedite my order. A disgraceful example of Healthcare. Corporate Kroger should get involved and overhaul this pharmacy.

I am looking for a new pharmacy and was at this location yesterday. I was treated so rudely at the window I just told her I'd call when I got home. I called and was treated rudely again. I don't even care if it would save me money, I will never do business with this pharmacy!

This has to be the worst pharmacy period. My wife had surgery and I was told her pain prescription would be ready by 3:30. It’s now 4:45 and they are still working on filling. This is not the first time they have not met a commitment. I will be transferring all meds to new place immediately. Would not recommend to anyone.

They filled the wrong milligram of my medicine, and Peyton left me on the phone until the system timed out and turned off due to closing time. He kept sending me to a blank line. Instead of actually asking for my prescription number or anything he just yelled at me over the phone to call my Dr. I've never had a problem with this pharmacy when it comes to customer service, however this is the second time they have messed up my prescription at this location. Everyone else is extremely nice and helpful, even when mistakes are made.

(The only reason this store gets 2 stars is because they have a clothing department)I'd like to highlight a concern I have about the Kroger location I visit. It's in a busy area, and there appears to be a staffing issue when it comes to bagging groceries. On multiple occasions, while the cashier was diligently scanning my items, I noticed there was no one available to assist with bagging. To make matters worse, during a separate visit, a staff member opted to chat with my child instead of helping with the bags. This left me puzzled and somewhat frustrated. As I'm not an employee here and employee should never idly sit by and watch me do their job. I want to emphasize that given the store's busy location, it's essential that there are enough staff members available to handle these tasks. The current situation doesn't seem to align with the store's standards, and for a location that is in up and coming area, with all the new construction around. They need to get it together because when the Publix is built across the street you will lose half of your business. I would definitely rather pay more at Publix.Than be in a nice area but feel like I'm shopping at a Walmart in the middle of no where.

Called twice and medicine still jot ready then drove over to the pharmacy and then the closed. Were there but wouldn’t give me my medications. Will never used them again!!!!! Freaking unbelievable!!!!!! And ridiculous…….
