I went in to buy a new suit, had to use the bathroom first, the girl at the register in men’s said they were down, needless to say I’m on my way to men’s warehouse. How can your bathrooms be down?

I was so excited that Sephora at Kohl’s was up and running however the experience definitely burst my bubble. The 2 ladies there didn’t look like makeup professionals they didn’t even have makeup up on at all, they were preoccupied and seemed more worried about people stealing, I heard one of them radio for “extra eyes”. I asked for suggestions on lip products and the girl who I spoke to was clueless and couldn’t give me any real direction. I ended up just picking a random lip gloss and mascara and got out of there feeling less than impressed.
