Manager was rude to my child for sitting on a couch. I'd appreciate if the rude comments were run by me before being directed to a 4 year old.
During check out the cashier had her phone out with a naked woman on the screen. My 7 year old saw the brief display of pornography from the other side of the counter when she set her phone down to help us. Wasn't expecting to have an experience like that and probably won't be going back.

Alana is wonderful and provides outstanding customer service. She helped us get the best price possible and also helped me load a heavy cabinet I bough onto my trailer. Can’t recommend her highly enough!

I cannot say enough about Kirklands in Atlanta. I have had incredible customer service from managers in Dawsonville, Gainesville and Hiram over the last year. I had some issues with furniture new out of box having a cracked piece or missing hardware which is normal for that industry. How they handled it was beyond professional and helpful. I would tell ANYONE to visit these stores!!!
