I live an hour away from this store, and recently bought 5-6 lengths of fabric. Two were damaged. One has a large stained area that looks like oil. The other has a large rip in an area that renders it unusable for its original purpose. I’m sure I could drive an hour each way and get a refund, but it’s not worth the gas. I’m very disappointed and doubt I’ll be back, even though the store and staff are lovely and the selection is better than the Joann’s an hour in the other direction.

Love this store! I can literally spend hours shopping here, but the prices have gotten ridiculously high.I purchased about five small packaged items (needles, elastic, hooks, rubber dots, bra extender), got one item for 40% off, and STILL paid $30.

Bought something on line for store pickup. It wasn't readily when I arrived but upon seeing the quality of the item, I was quite astonished. It didn't look anywhere as nice as the pic. The pic in the ad was clearly a different item
