Bought a 2020 GMC Canyon Denali in July. It quit running and had to be towed twice. The third time took it to another dealer. Still doesn't run. Probably going to send up in court.

My Sierra 3500 HD was repaired by the body shop. The quality of the repair was exceptional. Communication throughout the claim and repair process was very helpful. The staff at the body shop were highly professional and very open to questions.

I took my Yukon in (still under warranty) because the passenger back seat would shift like it was loose whenever going around a corner. As turns out, or what I was told anyways, was that there was a pen that was dropped that somehow managed to get lodged under the tract of the seat making it shift?? They did bring and show me a pen, however, I find it hard to believe that a pen would cause this problem and getting up under the tract unless it was already loose. So I was charged $160 for a “diagnoses” and for removing a pen since it didn’t fall under warranty. I will not be bringing my vehicle back for service.

My car was a different color and very noticeable.All the could say is it’s the same color and say how the car never got cleaned.Very unprofessional and have no good customer service.Took a month for the work they done.Will never use them again

Walked around the lot multiple times and not one salesperson came out to see if we needed help. I’m in the market for a newYukon but will not buy from here. I know times have changed but I will not go hunt down a salesperson to sell me a vehicle!

Did exactly what you said with full transparency throughout the process. Mark kept me informed as my truck was being delivered from the factory. Business office worked to get me the best rate from GM. Delivery was lightning fast. Most importantly, you didn’t mark up the vehicle with the ridiculous garbage fees that other dealers are doing across the board. Your dealership is all class. That’s a rare find in this climate

I went today for an oil change and tire rotation. This Dealership is fantastic from start to finish!! It was easy to make an appointment. The porters were super friendly and my service advisor was great!! The prices are the best too. Great waiting area with clean restrooms. I am so happy with everything!!

Somewhat disappointed that it took an hour and a half to just get an oil change and tire rotation. I had made an online appt. for 2:20 that day and it was an hour before the tech even touched the truck. That seems kind of ridiculous. What is the point of making an appt. if that is the result of? It was not busy that day either so I assume it was a labor issue or something.I wanted to add this to my review. I am getting new tires and wheels put on my Canyon this week and I just got a call from the shop doing the work that one of the lugs on the rear passenger side was cross threaded and they cannot get it off without breaking the stud. This is a result of service I received at Hardman. How do so called professional tech's cross thread a lug? Just absolute amateurs working on vehicles. So, I will be sending Hardman a bill for the additional cost of this work. ne things is for sure, this place does not deserve anyone's business.

This review is regarding the service dept only...but very disappointed with poor customer service that I received today. When I booked my regular maintenance service through the Chevy app, I chose to redeem my GM reward points for this appointment. When I checked out, my points discount was not applied and when I realized it, not only did Jim Hardman reps act like they didn't even want to fix the situation, they said they absolutely wouldn't. If you are looking for service for your vehicle, I would strongly recommend you seeking elsewhere because if something goes wrong Jim Hardman demonstrated to me that they work harder to get out of serving customers vs. seeing how they can help them.

I don't know the guys name in the service dept. that I talked to today, but he was very rude. From the second he answered the phone I felt like I was bothering him. I've had a couple of bad experiences here before years ago. I thought I would give them another opportunity. Never again.

Jeff checked my vehicle in for routine service. He addressed a couple of my vehicle concerns and got me a ride to a restaurant close by. I received a text that my vehicle needed a fuel filter and I approved the additional service. They picked me back up at restaurant within 5 minutes of calling for a ride. My vehicle was ready shortly after I returned to the dealership. I’m very pleased with the service experience I received at Jim Hardman on 7/24/23.

Stopped in to Jim Hardman GMC Service Dept to ask a few questions about my 2023 GMC Sierra, ( purchased at a different Dealer) Was greeted by Robbie. Told him my questions, he said he could make an appointment for me. I said ok. He then said wait I'll see if I can get a technician. He brought Adam over, He was able to answer all my questions on the spot. Great service. They have got a new customer.

Point check and service...completed on time. Courtesy car dropped off and picked up and driver was nice. Everyone I was in contact with was from beginning to end of service appointment was professional and friendly.
