I've always been nervous about going to a car lot & dealing with sales people. We had an excellent experience here, and never felt pressured to buy. We worked with Bob, who was very helpful & knowledgeable. A very easy going & kind atmosphere with some fairly priced nice vehicles. We are happy with our purchase & experience. Would recommend.

What a old fashioned customer service- no up/cross selling. Everything clear per the quote via text. Amazed by the people who work there. Kim ( who helped me over the phone), Dennis ( who took care of me at the dealership) and the finance lady - ALL GREAT people and great assets to the dealership.

I was in the market for a new truck and wasn’t sure what I wanted . I spoke with Dennis and he helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Dennis was able to get me what I wanted for my trade and had a big discount on my new truck. Dennis spent time with me while looking at different trucks to find out my best option. I actually walked away after looking to think it over. There was no pressure from sale teams . After thinking about it Dennis had the best offer around by a long shot so I went back and purchased the new truck. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend if you are looking to buy stop by and see Dennis before making a decision. Jim Hardman is also over 2 hours from my house and I went there 2x, so that should tell you it’s worth the drive . Thanks Dennis

Hello. In the beginning, dealing with the people from Jim Hardman was very pleasant, as they wanted us to buy a vehicle from them. They were very polite. However, as soon as we started having problems once we got home, it was a whole different ballgame. I left several messages and was told that the manager would contact me, but he never did. It was hard to get in touch with the sales lady who sold us the vehicle. Once we did get in touch with her, she was very dishonest and lied about everything she had told us before we purchased the car. We were told that it was inspected, but when my husband checked the air filter in the cabin, it was filthy. We were informed that it had a small coolant leak and that was the only thing noted on the inspection. I asked if we could get the inspection report, and she said, "Well, really I'm not supposed to give it to you, but I will." She stated that it was locked up in the parts department and they were closed, but she promised me that she would email it to me. I have never received that to this day, despite asking several times.
When we got home, a day or two later, it was leaking coolant and the light was on. I called up there, and they advised me that there was nothing they could do about it and that they wouldn't even work on it because it was a Range Rover. We were told we would need to take it to someone who specializes in those vehicles, so they didn't even want to deal with it. I'm almost 100% positive they did an inspection as she told me, but then she stated, trying to save her butt, that it was a safety inspection on brakes and things of that nature. Well, yesterday we had to get the brakes and rotors done; the calipers were bad. We've spent a lot of money on this vehicle that supposedly had nothing wrong with it and went through a big inspection—all lies. She denies everything, and the manager sticks with her and her lies. I would never go back there again. Please do not buy a used car from these guys.

Waited almost 2 months for my license plate to get to me AFTER it had already expired. They “lost” the paperwork multiple times and refused to give me another temporary tag. Did not care if I got pulled over. Don’t recommend.

The sales rep (Dennis) and the finance manager (Chris) were great. They were not pushy and did not sell me and endless amount of shady/silly/useless/over-priced warranties,protection packages, service plans, tire polishing deals, etc. etc.

Jeff was extremely help in finally getting a resolution to a warranty issue that has been out there for a very long time. I had been waiting for a warranty part for several months, with no results. When I brought my GMC truck in for service I told Jeff about the problem. While my truck was being serviced he discussed the problem with management and found a solution to finally get this issue resolved. Now I am just waiting for a call back to finish this process.
