My only thing is the Christmas loans. When you make an appointment, you figure they would see you at that time and not the walk-in who didn't plan ahead. But no they see the walk-in 1st over your appointment. What's the point of appointments if I have to wait an extra hr past my time to be seen. Other than that they do a phenomenal job getting your taxes prepared. Never had a problem with them since I've started with them over 20 yrs ago.
