Ingles is a great supermarket offering top-of-the-line customer service with helpful, friendly employees that you will not find at many other stores. The store in Gainesville, located on Thompson Bridge Road, is warm and inviting, and they always have a great selection of fresh bakery items and produce to choose from. I love the well-lit store, but the large unobstructed isles make it easy to find what you want and not feel crowded or rushed. I stopped today to pick up a fresh Bakery French bread loaf. It is the best you will find and always fresh. The quality of all of the items I purchase at Ingles is superior to any other grocery store I shop at.

Met cashiers Mia today and she is charming, courteous, and lovely. I would stand in line to encounter her any day. She's what every employee should be like. Mia's demeaner is a main reason to shop at Ingles. - Wallace Clark

Often poor management and understaffed because of how they treat employees. Not the store itself, but the staff needs work.

The Thompson Bridge Road Ingle's is a well run supermarket. During the COVID-19 surge the store went out of their way to clear aisles and make them one way and remind folks to wear a mask. Their produce is second to none and their meat dept. is the best around in quality and choice. The staff is well trained and professional. The store is an older one, but it's clean. Check out lines are generally quick with multiple cashiers available.

We visited our local Ingles Market on Thompson Bridge Rd. Gainesville Ga. today. We are always pleased with the service, the quality, and the organization of the store. We cross town, going past other grocery store chains because their chicken salad in the deli is great. My dear wife looked over the selection and decided not to purchase as their chicken salad had changed a bit from our last purchase. It was way too chunky. So, we left the deli and walked toward the produce section. Within a minute or so, an associate named Kayla walked up and asked us if we had wanted something from the deli that wasn't there. We commented we wanted their signature rotisserie chicken salad but that is was different today. Kayla immediate volunteered to make us salad with the consistency desired. We continued shopping and some time later, here came Kayla with a pound of chicken salad made to our requirements. Kayla went out of her way to provide good customer service. She was very pleasant, nice to talk too and certainly went out of her way to support us and make Ingles the top supermarket it is. What a great experience!

Was visited the area from out of state and stopped here for some southern items to take home. Found everything I needed in this extremely well-stocked and clean grocery store. Prices seemed quite fair with many items on sale. Very friendly staff.

I stop by the ingles on Thompson Bridge Road every time I go by there coming back from the Dr in Gainesville. I love to check out their specials. I have got to try some things that I bought on special that I have never tried before for full price.

I love Ingles. Great prices and prices are reasonable. Always fresh fish and homemade salads in the deli. Employees are friendly and willing to assist. Oh yes, the best banana pudding in any deli.
