Please don't waste your time with this company. We were 3 days away from closing and had the deal pulled for no reason. Our loan was approved and we submitted everything that was asked for. This company will cause you to lose the house of your dreams. Avoid them at all costs.

Beware of this company!!!! They are incompetent lazy disorganized... I don't know how they're in business.. It took them nearly 1 year to close on some property and I finally had it with them!!! They absolutely do not know what they are doing none of them... The manager in Oakwood where they're main office is.. Is a smart-ass.. I since qualified for a loan over $350,000.. and they only qualify me for $145,000 stay as far as far as you can from this company... THIEVES!!!
