DONT EVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP OR GET YOUR CAR REPAIRED HERE. They are the most dishonest, untrustworthy people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I brought my 2022 Chevrolet Traverse up there a few months ago with a noise coming from underneath. I waited 3 hours and the service tech came out with my papers and said my vehicle was fixed, I had an exhaust leak and it was COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. So I left and was satisfied with the outcome. Well, not long after, I started hearing the same noise again. So I call up there and Katie told me they would be more than happy to fix it since obviously is wasn't fully fixed the first time. I brought my vehicle to them and they called me to tell me there is another exhaust leak but that it wasn't covered under warranty WHEN I WAS TOLD OTHERWISE LAST APPOINTMENT AND IT WAS "FIXED" UNDER WARRANTY. (I have a full warranty up to 36,000 miles and only have 25,000 on my car) They don't care about their customers and their community. All they care about is how much money they can STEAL from their customers. Not to mention, I was spoken to with 0 respect. I was belittled and talked to with sarcasm the entire time. How is this okay? STAY AWAY!
