I have been calling the WeGo bus occasionally for two of the handicapped patients at the practice I work at. Today they were late which NEVER happens. I was worried. They show up 30 minutes late and told me they waited 3 hours for the bus. Then when I called to get them home they told me that they didn't have any busses that way to pick them up. They advertise that most busses arrive in less than 15 minutes. The dispatcher was very rude when I talked to him and asked why he didn't have his cell phone. I said "I wasn't aware that they had one." He said, with a very condescending tone "oh he has one. He just leaves it at home." Told me to call back in 15 to 20 minutes. I did and got the same nasty tone. I they live less than 2 or 3 miles up the street. I called them an Uber myself and paid for it. I can spare the 12 bucks to make sure they get home. I would never suggest this service that our tax dollars pay for to anyone after today.

You can never get a WeGo when you actually need one… you can see many pass by you or pick up other people with barely anyone on them but it will keep saying all the seats are full. Please do better they have been up & running for a while now no excuses!!

It takes forever to book a ride. The system has too many bugs and is not always reliable. I tried to book a ride one day, taking three hours to do so. Also, not enough vans and drivers. Then there are some vans in the shop.To top it off, in my experience using this service, there has been one time where the bus that has been full. Other times, I have been the only person on the.

WeGo caters to inner city areas of Hall county while those of us in the outer country parts have to wait hours for a ride. It's unfair. I start booking at 6am and it always says full but if I put in a city address, I can get a ride immediately! Fix this. I need to get to ny dialysis treatments and on time.

The trolley is so cool. A friend and I rode it and it takes you downtown, green street area, across the lake. If you have kids, they will love it. It’s free and just a good time.

It is convenient and cheaper than Uber, Lyft, or even a taxi?? and we know that there are too many popping up everywhere, and most of them you are looking at waiting forever for a ride.

The WeGo is a great way to get around Gainesville GA and the price pre person is only $2 with in a 5 mile range. The drivers are great drivers. Plus, if you need to get somewhere important the office actually helps with the web page to get you there on time, to the best of their ability.
