Ii brought a van from them .and the motor has a tickin it. The told me if I driver it more the ticking noise would go away. But it didn't the noise got worse.. They told me they would fix it, later on they call me . And told me it was the motor. And had the nerve to tell me . To get a separate ticket. To pay on it . Aa I was already making payment on the vehicle. I told them you must be crazy . What you can do is give me. My money back or put me a better car. I had known some people have brought there cars there. And had to return. Then I found out they got repro . On my credit..The last told me at the desk . You can wait until 3 years is over you can get to another vehicle. They. Selling junk cars. Lown down payment. But tax and fees lot higher. I guess you got be Mexico. Toget a good vehicle from them Go.These quick sales and these jump cars tricking customers you ought to be shame of yourself

I was in the market for a Jeep so I called Go Auto Sales located in Gainesville GA. They had exactly what I was looking for at an affordable price. Miguel made the whole buying experience pleasant. The finance process is easy as well. The staff are very professional as well. When it comes to purchasing a vehicle look no further. They have something for everyone. I would definitely recommend Go Auto. Thanks guys for making my car buying experience a great one !!!!

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP. After speaking to numerous other people and realizing we are all having the same issues ( transmission, engine, electric the list goes on) no matter the make or model of the vehicle purchased here. These idiots has to replace my entire transmission on my jeep patriot the day after I signed the contract. Hours after having the vehicle all type of warning lights came on and everything started going to hell. I dealt with these people for months hoping they would eventually fix the problem and make it right.THEY ENDED UP “replacing” MY TRANSMISSION OVER FIVE TIMES… even putting in a transmission that only works in reverse once. The ONLY mechanic they allow you to use under warranty is terrible and will NEVER KEEP YOU UPDATED . You will not get a single call from this place regarding the status of your car even if it’s there for two weeks . I had an issue at least once a week because of these people. I finally called and told them to keep it until it starts running right and they POSTED IT ON THEIR WEBSITE AND SENT ME A LETTER SAYING THEY WERE TAKING IT AFTER IVE PAID EVERY BILL ON THIS CAR. ($440 A MONTH + full coverage insurance) this place is a complete scam and everyone working there should be ashamed of their selves . Both females have a terrible attitude and the “big boss” is really just a big scam artist who doesn’t care about anyone but himself and money.
