Aug 13. 2024 purchased a 2018 Ram Truck. I was told wait for approval before test driving vehicle Credit score 719. Finally, driving car home the check engine light came on, air conditioning stopped working , low oil light gage came on and. Needed a wheel alignment. Brought it back the next day and they “fixed” the check engine light. I was told the a/c was “fixed”, it wasn’t, said they had to order part and will call me when it came in. A week passed and no part. Gave me a check for $80 to get a wheel alignment. Two weeks after purchasing truck the truck started running hot, took it a local auto shop and was told it was the radiator.
At the time of purchase was sold a warranty for $2000 for powertrain anything under the hood. Radiator is under the hood.. Radiator not covered, was told by the warranty company, if you use the truck for pleasure and business voids the warranty. I had to pay $1200 for the repair. Owner of the business very comparative, rude that my son intervened the way he was talking to me. Knowing what I know now I would not recommend this dealer. I should have done due delilgence and read previous reviews which would’ve htold me not to go to this dealer. They buy vehicles and put them on the lot without safety inspections. As of last week finally received the part for the a/c mailed to my house and will have to pay for the installation because I don’t trust them. I have cancelled the warranty. Shady dealer. They said they changed the oil when I brought it back the second day auto shop it needed oil.

Don't waste your time and money. They are advertising cars they either don't have or photoshopping the pictures. The suv I was interested in was perfect online. When I arrived to the dealership it was horrible. The paint was peeling, broken front window, dents and dings etc. I would not recommend them at all.

Let me start by saying this is a As Is car lot and I was prepared to do my homework. I did look at all the reviews and the dealership responses and pulled a Carfax on the 2012 Terrain I bought for my daughter. I had a budget and a minor repair budget so I was prepared to buy a USED car. I stress this because Mina has worked with me in every possible way to repair or to get parts at a lower cost. The salesman I bought the car from is defensive and I see why after some of the reviews. I cannot thank Mina enough for working with me to get my daughter the car she needs and to make sure it would be reliable. Cars are a big expense and I understand that. But I went to them with the issues the car dealership found which would have been $7000 (as much as I paid for the car) and managed to get it down under $800 parts and labor. As the daughter of an old time used car salesman I couldn't have asked for better.

We drove down from TN to get a van. We spoke to the guy on the phone before driving down, also let us finish signing all paper work....and not one time did he tell us we'd have to wait to drive it off the lot til the loan went thru on his end. Thankfully after 3 hrs of waiting around we finally got to drive it off the lot. We make it all the way home and the check engine light came on and wouldn't start. The first time we called they bought the wrong part. Second time they finally got the right one. I do appreciate them buying the part...but I have now had my van a month and I've been waiting to get my title. My temporary goes out on the 31st and we just found out THEY NEVER SENT THE TITLE!!! Supposedly they are gonna send it tomorrow and send us a tracking number. This really has been the worst experience I've ever had with a car lot.

This place is a scam ! They sell people cars that are not working right . And every time you call they don’t speak English enough to help with anything. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! You will be disappointed. I still haven’t received my tags and my temporary tags expired a month ago. And they can’t tell me why. Disgusting excuse for a business.

Worst used car lot in Georgia. Sold me car with check light on. After bought the car drove like 10 miles check engine like came on. Which means he deceived me and reset it and made sure I didn’t test drive to far so it wouldn’t come back on. Do not buy car from them there selling junk cars and need to close this lot.

My experience went very well. Speaking to the owner on the phone he seemed a bit rude. I think it was because he was super busy. Meeting him and his team in person they were really nice and very very helpful. My purchase went great and I would recommend them to anyone in need of a nice well kept vehicle for a decent price. I love my 2014 Audi and feel he did what was needed to make me a satisfied customer.
