We were looking for hours for a piece of the kitchen that had been damaged, none of the big stores had it and Amazon took more than 15 days to ship, we found this small business with all the parts you can imagine, the guys I guess The owners were very friendly and warm. The best prices, courtesy, respect and above all the best service, its owner has a great knowledge of all the products he sells, just by seeing a piece, he quickly tells you the compatible brands or models and their function. I believe that the knowledge and experience of a person in charge of an establishment is very important when the client searches for or requests a piece. Therefore I personally recommend this establishment.

Had to fix my home a/c unit. Found broken/burnt wire at capacitor. Went to Gainesville Appliance parts. Got the part cheaper than I expected and the gentleman behind the counter gave me some advice to help me. P.S. also found the new wire for me also. You just don't find service like that anymore. Thanks again for your time and service.

Price was a bit higher than what you can get with something like Amazon, BUT you can't call Amazon and ask for diagnostic and troubleshooting advice. Phil was easy to work with, informative and I really appreciate the small business feel.

I have been shopping at this store since 2003. I rather give my money to them than large chain stores. If they don't have it, they will order for me. They have always been helpful, even advised me on how to change the parts, or when no to purchase and fix it myself.
