3 Days til Christmas and I show up needing some shoes they had there at 730 with only 30 min to spare to find the gate completely shut. Don't advertise 800 if you can't get in to buy at 730 then you are closed!

Man this store never has anything of taste has some shoes for kids but adults you would have to go to the mall of Georgia to find something of your taste finish line is a great store but this location sucks

The personnel at Gainesville FinishLine have given me literally the most outstanding customer service experience out of any sneaker store in Georgia. I won a raffle for a pair of shoes, and the personnel here gave me a call days before the pick-up date to notify me that the shoes I won weren’t available, but they already started working on making something happen. The day the shoes released, they gave me a call to say they were able to get them in and gave me time to come get them. I didn’t even have to take the initiative to contact them through the process, which is hard to believe nowadays. I have been told that my shoes were not available after winning a raffle at other sneaker stores before, and personnel at those stores don’t bother telling you until you get there and don’t bother helping you get a replacement. You’ve got a good team here at Lakeshore Mall, FinishLine (take note other sneaker stores! cough* Footlocker *cough)
