The service was good at first until after the third month of renting my storage went up over $100 which is ridiculous. If this is how they operate by price gouging then I do not recommend anyone to rent there .

Joshua was truly exceptional and professional as he had our storage unit clean and ready to move our items into it. He explained the storage facility and walked me around the storage unit. I highly recommend using this storage unit for your storage needs.

I am happy with the Service given inside extra storage in Dawsonville hwy. Overall I like my storage bc the lighting they have is awesome and is a clean place. Really recommend changing ur storage units to a facility near you.

Love doing business with this storage space! Kayla was wonderful and so helpful with setting up our account and getting us moved into our unit! When you are in need of a storage unit I highly recommend extra space storage and ask for Kayla for excellent customer service !

Chamberlain is awesome. He is so nice and helped us with everything we needed. He listened to everything we said and made recommendations accordingly. He reviewed prices and explained policies multiple times to make sure we understood what we were spending money on as well. He went above and beyond for us, and even drove down to make sure we had everything we needed before he left for the day. I will recommend this Extra Space location to everyone I know. The pricing is great, and the office and storage building were very clean. Chamberlain deserves a raise. He is fantastic!

Had a great experience and am super happy with the unit and customer service at extra space! Cody was amazing to work with and helped me get a larger unit than I initially expected to rent but I’m happy I did because otherwise I’d still have stuff in my garage. Definitely recommend Extra Space if you need to store anything and ask for Cody! That man deserves a raise!

Great location and the units are very clean…. The area is well lit and nice to have a cart right by the door to use for loading/unloading. Cody at the front office is very helpful and courteous.

Both of the counter people are very professional at this time can only remember the Anthony of one. Both were Betty cordial and explained things easily. The units are cleaned I have a 5x5 which is the actual size . No bad smells very secure locks. Thanks guys God Bless
