They takes 4-5 hours to load you . Some times more than 4-5 hours . If you missed your appointment they charge late fee approximately $300

Limited on parking having said that they did get me to a door to wait to get loaded which I was few hrs early was fast once they started to load and everyone was polite and nice

OVERNIGHT PARKING!!!!!! Checked in at 7:30am for an 9:30am appointment. Got a door immediately and now loaded at 9:30am. The shipping department was excellent and the young lady name Aaliya loaded 20 pallets on me. I had a great experience and would definitely be back again!!!!!!

Plenty of room for backing into dock. Overnight parking. Nice ppl at the check in office.

I hate coming here. Picking up a load. They are extremely slow. Thats office and warehouse!! Normally I pick up about a half a load. It still takes 3 to 4 hrs. Causing me to almost be late for the delivery!! Been here several times. They are always slow

Hands down the best cold storage I have ever been to. Office people were courteous and friendly. Appointment was for the next day at 8 AM, I showed up at 11 PM and noticed some trucks were there so tried to check in. They gave me a dock immediately and I was empty in 10 minutes (full trailer of frozen chicken)

If I could give 10 stars I would! From check in to check out was fast efficient and very professional. The ladies in the office were absolutely wonderful polite friendly and respectful towards me. Allowed me to park overnight along the curb as long as u don't block anyone. I will most definitely come back here. They will even tell you from the get go if your going to be here a little while. Great job Eskimo Cold Storage. See yall again soon

The star is for people in shipping I been here few times they always been nice , on the loading part always take more than 4 hours after appointment time and must of that time with trailer doors open reefer running on high rpm wasting fuel for no reason.
