This location off Waldrip Road is one of the few I can count on to be properly stocked and has employees that care. Always greeted on entry and helped quickly by staff.

This store is a dump and it's opened everyday... They have a giant fan in the middle of the store and it smells horrible. It's hard to believe we have a new Dollar general one mile away Clean and stocked shelves and it's never opened.

This is a horrible store and the employee follow you around and keep ask can I help you find anything and tell me what time it is and they keep doing it one of them and then the other if I need your help I would have ask but I will not go back to that dollar general again it makes you give a star or you can't post but I give no stars

I no longer go to this store I drive out of my way to avoid the guy worker. If you are a female and have ever been here I'm sure he also makes you feel uncomfortable by making unnecessary comments. (He has to make his own entertainment at your expense) Also im not sure why they have a old camper parked out back on blocks.

This store is horrible! Every time I go in I never see employees and if I do they are outside smoking. The store is dirty and never stocked. When I say never stocked I mean shelves empty, coolers empty, then they have the carts all over the store in pathways blocking walkways with product on them but it seems like they never put them up. I live very close to this store like a min away but I will drive down to the store on little mill unless I’m in a hurry. Then I should know better because they won’t have what I need.My son has tried to go a few times in the morning and at 8:40 and it’s still closed.

Nothing against the store employees, so here it goes.This is the WORSE Dollar General around, and unfortunately it has to be the only one near by. Until moving here 3 years ago, I never shopped at DG. It’s very convenient for the things you forgot at the store or on a Sunday morning when you realize you’re out of coffee or creamer. I thought that after the remodel things would get better but only got worse. They blame the pandemic at first, now it’s delivery issues. The shelves are ALWAYS barren. It’s beyond unacceptable and ridiculous. Why don’t you just close the doors? Oh that’s right, you already do whenever it’s convenient. Close early, open late, it seems to be a thing with this location. The “produce” section is always empty. We now refuse to go there, no matter what. I’ll drive the extra 10 minutes to Publix to get quality items that are always in stock. Why is it all the other Dollar General stores I go into are fully stocked and clean? Something needs to be done about THIS location asap.

I understand that they remodeled the store and are short staffed, so they are having trouble putting everything out on the shelves. The one older lady that works there is never willing to help me look for items. I’ve never had an issue with the store before and 9/10 times the other staff is very helpful. But every time I go in there and I can’t find any item, I will ask her if they have the item and her response is always, “If it’s not on the shelf it’s probably on a cart in the back”. She’s never willing to check in the back for anything. It’s a little frustrating and I try to be understanding as I know they’re short staffed and have a bunch of stuff to put out, but she never goes to check on anything.

The doller general on price rd close to cool springs rd is a brand new store and its pathedic for a new store.The sjelvrs are always empty n there alwaus out of the basic things you think a store would keep stocked up like milk or can foods or motpr oil m lubes in automotive then the laundry m dish soap runs out but were not talking runs out for a day they run out sometimes for weeks .this store will never make it as its going .id guess it will be shut down in a years time unless they get someone to manage it and run it like it needs to be run

I'm editing my review down to one star from five. Whomever owns or is in charge of this store must never visit. The two male employees are the grossest workers I've ever seen working in a store. One wears clothes that look likev they came from the bottom of a laundry basket, his hair is unbrushed and so greasy it's disturbing. When they aren't doing anything in the store they are right in front of the door smoking. This used to be the best DG in the area but now we drive an extra 20 minutes to avoid this store. Before it was always so clean and stocked, now it's bare and unorganized.
