Don't know how to speak properly. There was no smile on there face. Did not say hello or good bye. Wouldn't to talk to me because the color of my skin. Very rude and unwelcoming person and environment

Went by this morning and there was a note on the door saying closed. The employee was outside claiming she had a truck coming and wouldn't be opening the store. The truck wasn't there at the time so why couldn't the store be open?

Can't ever count on this location being open during the posted hours. Always inventory crates waiting to be unloaded in the aisles. Understaffed.

Every isle in store is blocked can’t even move two employees at register talking. I couldn’t get to what I needed so I walked out taking my business somewhere else. Avoid this store if possible it’s a disaster

There’s this one lady that does nothing till someone walks in. I know this cause when you walk in shes always somehow gotta stock something on every isle your on if you know what I mean… please help her if there’s a delivery driver there???

The employees that work at night are nice and shopping here is a great convenience. However, there is a huge lack of organization and stock carts all over the store with product in the aisles and the manager is rude and condescending. The stock issue I can understand because it seems that it is difficult to find and keep employees, but after a particularly rude encounter with the manager I'm beginning to wonder if she is the reason this store has such difficulty keeping employees.

This place has gone down hill over the past several months. Rude customer service. There is only 1 or 2 people that actually show a smile in this store and actually seem to like their job. The rest act like you are bothering them and have an attitude. The place is so disorganized. I frequent this store often as I live close by and it’s the only thing close to me when I need to do a quick pickup of some things. Stuff is always in the aisles and on carts and not put away. You have to step over stuff just to get to something. Or move one of their carts full of stuff to get something off the shelf. Very Cluttered. There have been many times where I have went right after they opened only to find them not opened. Today, went by and had a sign on door that said system down and closed. Yesterday they couldn’t take cards. This place needs a big cleanup of not only the store but some of the workers here.

the manager here was super sweet and was great with a conversation. i highly recommend this dollar general, it’s really organized. if i could 10 stars for the costumer service

Great customer service but just a word of advice...DO NOT buy any of the Cheeze-its or other crackers, just take my word for it, even if you are starving to death!!
