I was approved for a vehicle I drove there 20 miles and got there. I gave them all the information they told me everything looked good. I paid $50 down on this pick up got there. They said they need more paystub. Why didn't you tell me this before I drove 20 miles and wasted almost an hour to get this approved but y'all told me on the phone everything looks good, I have requested my $50 back no response. They still have the pick up online for sale when I put the $50 down on it very bad business on their part.

Waste of time, told me to get my own lender so did and I got the approved then he hits me with a "599 doc fees" thinking I'm just a regular customer when I work w a dealer too doc fees straight in the pockets plus no documents where going to be made at the dealer lol all done by bank. Bank lady laughed lol, then he backs off the deal because he wouldn't file the lean order while asking the bank for money and can't wait to get paid on monday, which is common sense. nice, someone can't do their job right.

I would HIGHLY recommend anyone that is interested in purchasing a good used car to shop with Diego. This young man went above and beyond for me to purchase a car for my son and his family. Diego’s customer service was over the top. I will be referring friends and family members when they are interested in purchasing a car. I will also be back to purchase for myself again in the future.
