Extremely rude staff; obviously underpaid. Not interested in helping customers. Don't waste your time looking for HOKA shoes here because this store is not "certified" to sell them.

All I can say is.. wow. The rudest workers I’ve ever seen. We asked to try on some items in the dressing room and the guy let me and my friend use it. Then, we wanted to try something else on and asked for another room only for an older lady to tell us only one person can be in the fitting room. So I wait and when my friend has the item on, she lets me in to look and the old lady comes banging on the door yelling at us to come out. Very discriminatory, very disrespectful, and I will be telling everyone I know not to shop at this particular location.

Great experience, while I was browsing the shoe section an Employee ( I think his name was Thomas ) greeted me with a smile, and asked me if I was finding everything alright/ if I needed any help. Curious if they had my size but unsure which box had what colors, explained some of the color indicating codes on the boxes and helped me find my size. Might not sound like a big deal, but his Great Customer Service is why I will be returning.

i been going to this store for a while and every time I go there is horrible service last time we went I thought it was good Brandon was being nice and he told us that we can pick up our item tmr and he will put it on hold we gettin ready to go and call them to let them know and they say “we don’t have it anymore” so as soon as we left they sold it it’s just not a great place to shop there’s only one employee that’s actually is considering it’s a old dude that’s very nice and I think his name his Thomas not sure tho

Everyone was helpful and friendly. The store was clean and well-organized. Thanks! I needed to return a pair of shoes that were not the right size.I looked for a replacement pair of shoes, but unfortunately everything in the store was way above my price range ($20 + more than what I could find on their website).
