Make sure to get EVERYTHING you want to keep out of your car prior to taking it in for cleaning. My husband took our car in for a wash and detail, and $50 worth of beauty products that were in a bag in a door were "thrown away". After speaking to a manager, I was told that things happen and they aren't responsible for their employee's actions or mistakes. For the cost of the services, I would expect them to have a little more respect for other people's property.

After buying a 6 month ticket, employees left car half clean. Only half the dash was cleaned, so one side is nice and shiny, the other, the other not. Mind you this a new, 6 month old 2024 car! The rest of the inside is the same! Only half finished--- I guess their philosophy is now that t they have your money, what's the point of trying?
I wouldn't advise using this car wash, or least purchasing commitments and forget the detailing, it doesn't exist!

Drop my Chrysler off to have an oil change. Came back a few hours later and it looked like a brand new car!! Wonderful service! Very reasonable price!! Thank you guys!! I won't be going anywhere else, from now on I'll take my car here!!

Great place to get your car looking great. They cleaned so well and are very detailed in their work. Wish I lived closer so I could come here when my car needs a good washing.

Wow, what amazing service! Jonathan and his team are so incredibly helpful, courteous, and generous with their time. Jonathan in particular went out of his way to help my 90-year-old father with his car troubles and made sure my father was in very good, safe hands. I haven't enjoyed such good, kind, and fast service in a long time. This is a great company that is lead by a great manager. I could not recommend them more highly. And Jonathan is the very best. Thank you, Jonathan and Diamond Auto!

My husband suprised me with a car detailing today why I was at work. Car is spotless, smells new, outside shiny. Said it was cheap, and quick! Highly recommend and will be returning :)

Never ever again, I will take my car there. I said Never.
I took my car there for oil change and the guy told me that something needed to be changed on my engine. He said it looks so bad that my car can let me down anytime on the way. Scared I told them to change it for me. And it took them 6 whole hours for them to fix it because they took off the thing without having a new one to replace it. That wasn't even the big deal. The worst part is they broke my car instead of fixing it. That same night my car started having battery problem and like play like play my car had to be towed to the dealership to be fixed. Please do not let them fix anything on your car. They know nothing.

I spent $120 thinking they would do a deep clean and oil and it didn't look much better at all than when I spend $20 extremely upset with how it turned out I regret paying this much just for it to not even look good. I thought they would clean out the stains and get a bunch of the dirt and junk off the dash off and they even missed some of that.
