We have always had good experience with cricket all managers and employees have been people friendly tonight we went there and I got a new phone and there was a guy name Justin he said he was from another store but he was super nice and he took all my contacts and password from my old phone to my new phone which he didntnhavebti di but he did anyways we love cricket we won't go anywhere else

Everytime I got a software or hardware issue with my phone I bring it to THIS Cricket and Jennifer always fixes the problem that others couldn't. Dont go to the other Crickets because theyre not as good as this one. Jennifer DESERVES A RAISE. If anything SHE needs to be the manager bc she knows what shes doing. She does her job and DOES IT WELL. 100% recommend.

Jennifer was very professional and patient with me. She was helpful with me making the descion to change carriers with whom I have been with for a long time. I would refer this location to anyone. Very clean store very good customer service.

We came in to the store and the young girl didn't have a clue about the phones or how to do anything she tried to do our phones but they didn't work but I phones were cut off and we had to buy new ones at a different store and the girl didn't want to fix the problem so we were to different store and got the help we needed and I called the store back and she lied about a manager being out of town that store needs help bad

My mother and I visited this location on January 20th...horrible customer service! The young lady was in the back when we entered the store. When she came on the floor, she stood behind the counter the whole time, barely spoke and didn't try to offer any customer service. The whole time she acted as if she didn't want to be bothered. We had to do all the talking in order for her to say anything. She finally came from behind the counter when we asked about a certain phone. When my mother made a phone decision she went to get the phone, at the same time my mother asked about transferring her info to the new phone. We had a hard time getting the info needed to do so, and she was still going forward with the transaction. Not one time did she offer help...she was just standing there. She had nothing else to do...we were the only customers in the store at the time...finally, my mother frustrated, said she wasn't gonna give her money to anyone that's not willing to talk or help. So I told her that we changed our mind and to cancel the transaction. All she said was, "it's fine". Really?! In other words, she just didn't care!!

Today im just not getting it. I come in this store because of service and support but today...yes there is one employee but there are only 2 customers here including me. Ive been here 20 mins to pay a bill and have yet to be asked what did i come in for today. Normally if there setting up and account because im only paying a bill they will slide over to the other free computer and let me pay and go. Not even an acknowledgement and this kinda bites today.
