I’ve walked in here twice and the person at front desk has not been helpful. They don’t know how to solve anything and just told me to call 611 from my phone, seems like she didn’t care to help. The other time the same lady told me to come back when her manager was available because she didn’t know. They really need to hire knowledgeable folks who are able to resolve customer issues.

Terrible customer service, a few days ago I went to make some changes to my line and was served by a robust woman with a very bad character and rude, I asked her some details about my account which she responded very reluctantly, the truth is because of this class personnel is that clients change telephone service even if it is functional, I recommend changing personnel. This happened in Gainesville GA.

I went to this store and the girl who was there did not want to sell, she gave very bad service and she did not want to help me, she was very impatient. I had to go to another store to buy my new cell phone
