The fat manager has a very bad character, she is abused in sales, terrible service to be a manager, on the other hand, the girls who are there during the week are very good people and Diana too

Came in June 19, 2022 Ashley told me about a survey but haven't received it. Anywho I just want to tell you all that she did an amazing job helping me with my new phone and transferring all my contacts and pictures I couldn't be more grateful for her being here.

This is the last pace you ever want to deal with. They sell products that are defective/refurbished as new and when you want to return or exchange they tell you that there is nothing they can do. Find somewhere lease to buy your cricket phone. I really tried my best to be a good customer but they don’t care about service. Go elsewhere to get new phones and get good products and customer service that you deserve!

I went in to get my own phone plan. Alex was super helpful & explained everything to me. He got me a phone I love & a plan that's fully unlimited & I even get a free year of Sam's club which is pretty cool. :)
