How does your assistant manager not know the difference between a return and a sale literally double charged me for a item because they couldn’t find the “paperwork” and of course managers can have any weekend they want off and telling me to come back on times that i have to work. No regard for the customers whatsoever

They sold me a amp that was no good and I ask them was it ok an she stated yes when I installed the amp it kept cutting off and they refuse to fux the problem I over paid for something that was not worth it after I get my stuff out if pawn I'm not dealing with them an I suggest yall don't either they fling people wrong.

This is the best pawn shop to go to in my opinion! The ladies are great and helpful! Knowledgeable about what that have and are selling! The manager and the when staff are very well versed in the work and overall items in the store. I will recommend daily for everyone all the time!
