Cartridge World is a fantastic company. They strive to meet and go beyond every expectation you have. The customer service is amazing! The team makes you feel special no matter how many times you visit! You become part of the family! They have AMAZING services. They offer so much more than Ink or Toner! Printers! IT Support! Document Storage! Printer Leasing! Printer Monitoring App! Printer Repair! You name it, they have it!! And CHEAP PRICES!!! They work with the high school here for Work Base Learning. If you have ever wondered, don't.. just go see them! Definitely recommend them!!

The company I work for has had nothing but issues since we started using them over one year ago. I've sent them a list of remanufactured cartridges that doesn't work and there is more than 15 that were useless. We were also using the delivery option they offer but they never showed up when they were supposed to. (The delivery driver is very nice. No issues with him) Needless to say, we have $200-$300 worth of ink cartridges that we cannot use
