Carrington park is a horrible place to live at. They let trash build up. Gates are never shut and I've had packages stolen. Leaks they never fixed then blamed it on us for not reporting it even though we did. Leaks from upstairs into our downstairs apartment. We lived there for 6 years and on our move out stole our security deposit. Labeled it as forfeited and used it towards none of the balance and damages we actually did owe. Shady business tactics to overcharge long standing tenants. If you enjoy having your security deposit pocketed and not used as a security deposit then move here!

I rented a 1 BR with my fiancée for about 3 years. Really comfy and great place to live at especially being close to all the stores nearby.

we lived here for a few months and we had to break our lease since there were bugs everywhere, they made us pay for it all and said we brought them. We moved back to the same place prior and have never had issues with bugs. so we know that apartment already had them.

We rented yet, our lease was up. You couldn't EVER get Maintenance nor Security as was promised by lease. I feel going up to the 2nd floor due to NO Lights working in halls nor stairs.. When we moved out, yes, had 2 dogs & paid Pet Deposit & rent for them, after we left & them knowing, they ate NOW Suing us saying that appt was flee infested but they ONLY went to 'They're Dog Park'. So MANY things they are stating, ALL false & we are going to Sue them for NOT keeping up with the Lease Agreement & knowing I had medical issues.
DON'T WORK/RENT from them!!!

Tiffany, Kelly and Kristi in the office are amazing. Got my husband and kids moved in within 2 weeks of first contact. Had 1 small maintenance issue with a small leak around the sprayer on my sink and Craig the maintenance supervisor was very fast at responding and giving me a new sprayer for my kitchen sink!

This place is disgusting!! Very poorly taken care of. This is what the garbage looks like often. This is so gross especially considering how much I pay! Very poor management. Don’t move here!!!

Impossible to contact the office. Literally impossible (update edit.) Sitting in the parking lot at 4:30 on a Saturday and they're not even open. Literally still impossible to contact the office. I don't understand how y'all are even open.

I just rented an apartment at Carrington Park, something I haven't done in many years. Apartment living has changed quite a bit over the years. I've had the pleasure of meeting the kind staff at Carrington Park, and fortunately I found Kristy, my leasing agent there, who made the rental and moving almost seem easy! She worked with me to find just the right floor plan for me. She was really pleasant to work with and, if she didn't know an answer to one of my many questions, she'd investigate and get back to me with the answer promptly. I'm so excited to move in to my new apartment and make it my own place!

This place is a disaster!!! Last night someone was drilling in the attic at 1am. Also it is so unkept. People dig through the garbage and the garbage area looks like a junk yard full of old furniture, debris, and even dirty diapers! The appliances and a/c units are so old and inefficient. The pool has been closed on and off the entire summer and is green most of the time. They say some pipe hurts and even after almost two months, it still isn’t fixed! It is unkept and no matter how much complaining is done, no one fixes it. I even see a review from a year ago with the pool green and unkept, just like it is now. I guess some things never change!!! If they stopped being so cheap and hired a pool company, this wouldn’t happen. Honestly I wouldn’t recommend this place to a homeless person! They would probably even leave! i hate living here and highly doubt I will stay until lease end as it is that gross for what we pay!
