Picking up my cpap machine proved to be a very positive experience. Details of operating and maintaining the machine were explained in detail. Care was taken to be sure I understood everything. I would feel free to call if I need additional support.

Recently picked up oxygen tanks for my dad at Care medical office. Summer was so helpful - showing me a lot of things I didn't know. Really appreciated all her help and suggestions. My experience with Care medical is excellent! Recommend them highly.

Everyone went above and beyond in their care for me. I was terrified of having an epidural. I didn’t want a needle in my spine. The anesthesiologist was extremely patient in calming my fears, and explaining the procedure, and gave me the option of general anesthesia. I went ahead with the epidural, and there were no issues. My nurse, Autumn, was amazing. I can’t thank her enough for her care, and attention.

I'm a new CPAP patient and I can't say enough about the great support I have received from Care Medical in Gainesville, specifically from Brandi. She did my initial set up, answered all of my questions, and then helped me trouble shoot some issues I was having with the fit of my mask. Great all around experience!

Terrible billing Dept gives false info. I called monthly and depending who you talk to different balances. Regardless who handles call you never can talk to last person to verify the info they told you. I will Never use or recommend this co. Again.
