“My daughter came in on the redeye from the airport and was stuck at the airport due to cancelled flights. No cars available to drive the rest of the way home to N. Fla. The Enterprise team there in Gainesville, led by Xavier was very empathetic and even though they don’t always do one-way rentals was quick to hook me up with a rental to Tallahassee. Very customer service focused, great team to work with! I appreciate the job they did for us!! Nicely done, Gainesville Enterprise team!”
