Filthy disgusting store!! Clothes everywhere on the floor, and I mean everywhere. Food is all opened and things just everywhere. The employees are brainless and wander the store. The line for the register isn't long when you look at it, but we waited 35 minutes with the line getting longer behind us. Two registers open. That store has good products but not worth the time because it is absolutely gross. Burlington, please hire people who want to work and not wander with their mouths hanging open and clean that place up. If zero stars were available, I'd put that!

Only place that I found every size including 6X!!!! Anyone that is bigger or has bigger family members knows other than special ordering online you can not get above a 3 sometimes 4X.

It was a pleasant experience, lots of bargain finds and clean organized store .associated could of smiled a little more to be enviting to shop more but overall a good experience.

The dressing rooms were closed at 6.30pm. I bought things anyway but I will be bringing stuff back bc I came home to try the clothes on.

Don't get me wrong the merchandise or apparel was suitable or nice and on sale. But the problem was waiting in line to pay for it. The line was extremely long almost to the entrance, so with that being said it was like everyone was walking out because they had 3 registers and one was vacant, the other two were employees but one was a lot faster than the other one and the one who was faster decided to leave so there was only one register ringing everyone up,which prompted most of the line to walk out including me and my friend LLH.

Typical discount store filled with clothes, housewares, electronics. We did find nice quality jeans and a variety of choices.

I love their items, especially the home decor. The woman who checked us out was very nice and helpful. I'm always disappointed in the shoe selection though. Not many styles and never my size, which is a 6.5-7. They get overstock though, I think, so it's not really their fault.

Every single time I'm here there's a big line. People have stuff to do and waiting in line 45 minutes is ridiculous. Hire more employees or something but this is unprofessional and pathetic. It's not that difficult to scan items and get the people to where they have to go....

My daughter was trying to put the cart away she thought it goes outside since we been going Walmart lately she forgot the cart stays inside and the employe try to say that a 11 year old would still a cart from Burlington ?

This is the worst Burlington I have been in. Great items but the wait to be checked out is ridiculous. Only one cashier and three others walking around. After standing in line for over twenty minutes, we had to wait in line for the cashier to run out on the floor. I will not stand in line again for that f time. I don’t think that the people working in Burlington value people time.

I waited in line for 30 minutes just to be checked out by an extremely rude cashier named Ms. Porters, she scanned an item I had as an entirely different price. She didn’t even bother to ask us for the one that had the original price. I went back to get another that had the original price, by then she told me I had to get back in line to fix that. Please hire friendlier employees.

Store has a pretty good variety of everything. Only problem was that it took 20 minutes of standing in line on a Friday afternoon to finally be able to check out. So that is why I'm giving this a 3 star review
