ROACHES AFTER ADDRESS THE STAFF ABOUT THE PERSON NEXT DOOR HAVING ROACHES AND THE DOOR ADJOURNING THE ROOMS HAD ROACHES COMING OUT OF IT ALL they did was screw a baseboard around the bottom of the door … and didn’t do anything to the tenant next door …. Understand an old hotel but ROACHES ….?

I am renting a room here and have been here for weeks, the staff in general has been friendly, however when you bring up any issues it seems like all you hear is Excuses, I had made plans to rent the event hall that they have for a concert/reunion with some of my family and friends from back home in the UK, they were going to come, and the price I was quoted was a good Price, however, today there was a person above me on the 3rd floor running a mini bike with bad exhaust, and I believe somehow the duct work must be connected between my room and the room upstairs because the fumes from the exhaust filled my room which is a health hazard not to mention who wants to smell exhaust in their dwelling that they are paying for.
I called the office twice and spoke to a young lady who said she was there after hours today but that the office was closed and it would be tomorrow before they would handle it.
Doesn't that sound outrageous and way too convenient,how will they handle it, they didn't even come to validate the exhaust fumes, and tomorrow there may be no way to validate it.
And like I said it's not just a nuisance, but also a health hazard!
At this point I am very displeased, that is the most unprofessional and and unethical response to such a complaint I have ever experienced. October 22, 2024.

Today October 23, 2024 I was able to communicate with a different office staff member who was very nice and asked me what happened and I explained to her what did occur, she said she was sorry and, that she would personally handle it. I really appreciate that, I believe her name is Valeria and hopefully I didn't slaughter the spelling, but at any rate she was very helpful and said she would talk to the person on 3rd floor and remedy the problem. And today there was no problem.

Security guard targets people. Me an my family stay here often everytime we go outside and start our truck when it’s dark out we get told to turn it off when we’re clearly leaving. I understand curfew but it’s as soon as we pull in or go to leave we get a flashlight flashed in our windshield or get told to turn the truck off while certain people can come in and rev their vehicles and he says nothing to them. Front desk staff are okay. It’s the security guard who is rude to the residents

Hands down the absolute worst place I have ever been to. We are from out of state and this place was beyond filthy, rude staff, cigarette butts all over outside, tons of drug use 24/7, loud drinks 24/7. Absolutely not safe at all. Very unhealthy environment as well. Mold in rooms, made me extremely sick and ended up in hospital for 2 days from the mold! This place should not even be open

Not safe people here will break in your room can't I get your refund even if your book for a week I want to stay there for only 2 days out of the week anyone get my I only stay there for only 2 days out of the week an won't give my money back do not waste your money on here

The only reason I don't give a full score is because it is an old hotel. Of course there is going to be problems with guests and anything else someone can complain about. People seem to have what I call the "{JUNKIE STATE OF MIND}". I'm other words a feeling of entitlement and selfishness feeling that nobody is as important as we are or I can break rules and you can't because I'm special. SO KEEP IN MIND THAT YOU ARE NOT SPECIAL.. so when you finally reach adulthood, I will buy you a cake and even let you eat it too. Management is ok as well as everyone else
Nearby activities: It ok. Calm and ordered.staff is strict but fair and well maintained

Worst place ever stayed my with my child had a issues with Marisol was given a fine for my child who had nothing to do with the issue said he caused damage to the property but clearly no damage was asking to see videos of my son doing the deed clearly they did not have it so I confronted them even know other kids were there and they did not get fined guess cause he was the only white kid there.Rooms: decent

Rooms are big and clean and from the front desk to the maids and maintenance the service is great and the people are nice. Only downside is there's a lot of drug use.

I was hired as a receptionist here. I had one day of training and I asked the manager when i should come in next to finish said training. She then told me she would send me the schedule for the week the following day, never did. I contacted her personal phone, no response. I called the front office two days in a row in hopes of reaching her and on the second day she was there but with a guest so the woman on the phone let me know she would call me back. Shocker, I still didn't receive a phone call. At this point I had already completed my new hire paper work, filled out my direct deposit information, and have completed day one of training. They also never paid me for my first day of training. This was the most unprofessional way of handing a new employee. I used to bartend at Ocharleys and relied on that income when they closed down spontaneously I was left unemployed for two months while being 6 months pregnant. I was relying on this position to give me financial stability but I was not taken seriously nor appreciated. I would not recommend this hotel for a job opportunity to my worst enemy.
