The staff at Browns Bridge Animal Hospital went above and beyond to save my puppy Hazel. She managed to swallow a piece of a Kong and needed surgery ASAP! They took my baby immediately and took great care of her and us. I can’t say enough great things about this veterinary office. Our old vet priced gouged us quoting 10, 7 and $5,000. Browns Bridge did it for a fraction of those prices and were sympathetic and compassionate the entire time. Hazel is home and on her way to recovery and Browns Bridge earned a new customer. Thank you so much for jumping in and caring for us even though we weren’t established patients there yet ♥️

I would recommend this place to anyone needing to see a vet for their fur babies. My cat Tictac swallowed a sewing needle, and they were able to get her looked at ASAP. The cost of having her taken care of was less than I was expecting, and they were very clear with aftercare instructions. Very friendly with everything, and explained to me what all my options were in regards tp her treatment without any pressure.

Paola has a horrible attitude. People don’t know what customer service is these days, if you don’t have patience why work in customer service? Please rethink before booking here or you will be met with a lady named Paola with a disgusting attitude.

It's the second time I've come here and I love how the vet, as well as the employees took care of my pets. I recommend this place.

We had to have some urgent care for our cocker spaniel, and Browns Bridge Animal Hospital was there with open doors and open arms to quickly diagnose, treat, and get us on our way home again. Veterinary Dr. Courtney Porter and her assistant are very professional, courteous, and on point in their profession. Highly recommend Browns Bridge Animal Hospital for all of your pet needs.

Visited them back in Feb. to put our cat down and they were so kind. Even sent us a condolence letter about a week or two later. Recently took our new kitten there and the nurses were so attentive! i called back the next day to give an update and ask some questions because it seemed like the medicine had worked and the nurse was so kind! She answered everything i asked and even gave me a little more! thank you for doing such a great job! it really seems like not only do they love what they do, but care about their furry patients. God bless <3

We had to put our kitty down and they were the sweetest with talking us through the different options we had before settling on the hard one. They were. Very kind and respectful and had nothing but empathy!

I love my dog he is like family so when he got hurt. It was painful. He cut his arm deeply. This was and unexpected expense. I went to brown bridge vet by pulling them up on the Internet. The place when I arrive was clean but old looking. But we'll kept. They greeted my white shepherd and found he was friendly. They did the surgery but it cost 420 dollars. They charged us 106 dollars to enter the building. To enter the building cost more than the surgery. I think it's outrageous to charge these fees for animals. At least offer and alternative. The vet who did my dog was going to send my pet home bleeding an hurt if I didn't have the money. We had it of course but that was not a way to handle it. Everything is costly I understand that but charging for items you need to do the surgery, and just seeing you is awful. All pet lovers we don't always know when our dog or pet is going to get hurt. I think you should make it easier. That is all I'm saying. But overall it turn out good. Taz is okay and feeling great.

My brother's dog had a UTI. At first visit, vet said it was spaying issue from 7 years ago. His bill including meds was over $1,000. Thinking this was extremely high, I spoke with 2 other vets who gave me quotes of 600 less. Definitely should not be under low cost list on web.
