Employees are not interested in helping! They had a measurer for women and kids but not for men for the feet to know what is size you would even need! And are these measures for boot sizes or for shoe sizes? I've heard boot size is supposed to be different than your shoe size I don't know if I go up a size down a size half a size? And no one there seems to know either I don't know why they weren't there if you know nothing about boots why are you working where they sell boots?

Excellent service. Best selection of boots for any occasion. Work boots and probably over 100 styles of "Cowboy" boots.Staff is extremely helpful and professional. There is no need to shop anywhere else.

Worse customer service ever! No one wants to assist you. They will make you wait even if you are returning something simple. It is embaressing how they treat you!
