Bad customer service. Went in to switch service to a brand new device. The lady knew we wanted to purchased items for iPhone 13 pro . There was no line & she allowed us to walkout with the incorrect screen protector. The service switched fine , so I guess one thing was done right .

My uncle tried getting his account number and when we contacted customer service they said we had to go in store to have the representative call their dealer support the employee refused to call saying she didn't know what we were talking about but customer service informed us they they were the only ones that would be able to call Dealer support. Either these employees need training or are EXTREMELY LAZY. We has the customer service person literally on the phone telling them to call and they said yes and as soon as we hung up they told us to leave. Happened on 12/23/21 right before closing.

The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of the kindness of the representative at this location. THEY ARE SELLING DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS INTENTIONALLY. I came a day after purchasing $15 headphones that weren't working, the eaphones would playback sound extremely low, and the mic for headphones would not produce sound. They informed me that they could not refund me and I had to get an exchange. I tried the new headphones within the store and immediately noticed they were just as defected. It doesnt there.... tried another pair for exchange. SAME PROBLEM Asked to speak with manager the owner told the representative that I should just keep the headphones. Very terrible experience I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS BOOST MOBILE

The girl in the store mumbled something under her breath and was not helping whatsoever. She plays music too loud in the store and gets mad when it bothers elderly customers. she wouldn't assist me and clearly was bothered by my business. She wouldn't stop arguing with me and cussed at me. So yeah this store is trash and chances are they WONT help you.

Well, i walked in madder than all get out as my business phone was glitching. I came up to the counter frustrated, explained my situation to Leo, and dude literally had a new phone and a smile back on my face within 5 minutes. Staff seems great, didn't have to wait long, couldn't be happier overall. Unless y'all wanna give me a discount next time lol.J.
