Najeb is the best manager of any cell phone retailer I ever encountered. I'm known as the phone wrecker. I believe it due to the fact that I don't need a phone or want a phone with me 24/7. So I handle them with total disregard. And they usually wind up busted lost or at the bottom of the lake. And najeb always helps me with new phones and getting them up and running. thank you Najeb

I had been there like less than five minutes and the guy in the store lost my Sim card and went back in like 4 time for my sim card. He gave me like 3 or more sim card that weren't mine. I told him "don't need all of this sim card i only need mine". He got mad berceuse I kept asking for it. It was a working sim car with my service connected. The 4 time went to the store he started yelled at me for asking him for sim card so many times.

I am very stratified with service at this location, though Mr. Khan couldn't helped me with my phones situation because it was beyond his control, but he took the time to find the issue, put me on the right direction. unlike the other boost store here in Gainesville.

It only seems the team at this boost location knows what they are doing, I stopped by the boost location at Atlanta Ave they guy asked me to pay for 50 dollars to fixed my services but here they did for free and that also in 5 minutes.

In town for out of state and my husband needed a new phone. Oscar was awesome. Helped us get the best phone at the best price and set it up pretty fast,too, knowing we were tired from our trip. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. Wish we had this store back home!

The sales team at this location provides a fantastic experience. Their professionalism and expertise are evident, making them stand out. Despite having a boost store near my house, I always make the effort to drive here due to their helpful and supportive attitude. Unlike other boost stores in the area, they genuinely assist customers with their boost-related problems, offering exceptional customer service and friendliness. They take the issues seriously and do their utmost to resolve them. Personally, I had a positive experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend this place to others. Additionally, they offer a great selection of accessories and phone cases, which is a significant advantage.

Very Customer Oriented!! I was having trouble with the boost mobile customer service line and these people who work here went to bat for me, not expecting anything in return. They helped me until the very end, and I was actually porting my number over to another carrier. I was truly blown away by thier customer service. My issue was resolved which took more than an hour. I purchased four phones from this store and switched from my previous carrier, Metro by T-Mobile. Although it took two days to transfer my numbers, I was glad to receive the phones that I had been looking for. However, during the process, I encountered some issues with the Boost customer support team who were unaware of their own services and system problems. Thanks to Najeeb, who spent two days on the phone with customer support to resolve the issue, I decided to stay with Boost. I really appreciate Najeeb's patience and dedication to ensuring my lines worked. He even threw in some extra accessories like tempered glass and cases for our phones, which was a pleasant surprise.
