I arrived at this Boost locations to pay my bill. The sign on the door clearly states that the hours are from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. I'm standing outside of the store and the time is now 10:30 and no one has arrived to open the store. I've never visited this location for any of my Boost services and I was just in the neighborhood and I thought I'd stop by, but clearly this is not the store for me, or anyone else for that matter, to handle any business at all.

okay what the hell !?!?! i went yesterday to buy a phone and these people literally tried to steal from me! there a promotion for $50 off the a20 the young lady at the front hid my reciept in the back of my box under the the plastic side with my charger i couldnt find it for a few mins , but why did i get my card charged for $330 but my receipt said $220??????? she then proceeded to tell me that the other charges were taxes and activation fee's and she's not able to show me proof of purchase. i STILL DONT GET WHY i was charged 330 but my receipt said $220, they knew i caught on, played stupid and gave me $50 in cash back , which wasnt even the full amount im supposed to get back , im super pissed off still! NOT RECOMMENDING THIS LOCATION TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS!!! seriously cannot believe the audacity they had to lie to my face & take advantage of me.

Poor Management Manager there sold me a phone that doesnt work and refused to exchange. She was difficult and dishonest. She knew the phone did not work properly and sold it to me anyway. I am switching my service.
