Had issues ordering online. Tried calling shop couldn't get an answer. Third try someone finally answers just hello in a very nasty tone. I ask if this is the flower shop they respond "yeah you've called six times and hang up." Not even giving me a chance to ask for help to place my order.

One of the rudest women to which I have every spoken. She has zero people skills, and that does not bode well with grieving relatives that are only trying to order flowers for a loved ones funeral. I highly recommend you DO NOT use this business! They just lost my $280.00 order to another florist due to their inability/incapability to deliver. The other florist was most happy to help me with zero issues. Shame on you Bibbs!!! I predict you'll be out of business soon.

Sad to say, a thoughtful family member sent flowers to me as a gift after having a baby, and they arrived reeking of cigarette smoke - the flowers, the card, everything. I don't know if it's the shop or the driver, and I don't have the heart to tell my family that their gift had to be set outside because we couldn't tolerate the smell, but I hope nobody ever orders me flowers from this place again!

I just called to ask about ordering dusty miller..... enough for an entire wedding, and the lady was so rude to me and then called me back and left a voice mail on my phone calling me a little Bit**.... wow, lots of money missed for an obviously struggling business and terrible business practices to have someone so uneducated to answer the phones. If she dont knpw how to act with the customer send her to work in the back! Wow **This is the transcription that my phone made of the voicemail....Your about a rude little b**** you know that dont ever call my business ever again I mean that I was trying to my best to help you the owner will not even be in till Monday again and I do not have alot knowledge on the flowers and then you call it what 05:00 PM to boot you know your piece of work you know that you know what you have a better day than what you are having to leave me out of it.

Wonderful conversation with Bibbs and excellent customer service. They even willingly answered my call AFTER business hours and assured me of not only that the arrangement would be beautiful and on time, but even explained what their next steps would be when I was asking additional questions about the arrival procedure of the arrangement. In times of stress and in need of a beautiful sympathy arrangement, I’m very glad I chose Bibbs! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a positive and responsive experience with flower arrangement and delivery.Their number is now saved in my phone and will be my first call for all future flower needs. For both happy occasions as well as in times of sympathy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! :-)

Totally unprofessional and impolite owner of this florist/balloon shop. I ordered a bouquet of birthday balloons online from this local Gainesville GA florist. She called me up THREE DAYS later and said "I can't deliver an order for just $35". First of all, it was $40.50 when I added a mylar balloon upgrade. But why allow the order to be placed if you won't accept it? Then she said she would have to check to see where it was going because she said it might be "all the way across the lake". Apparently, it wasn't. She went away for a while, then came back and said she would do it. My friend was delighted and surprised with the gift, thankfully. A week later I got a 2nd invoice emailed to me that was $1.25 higher than the original one. I emailed her and asked what it was for. She called me and said that it was the credit card company that I needed to be talking to and that if I had clicked on the link to receive notifications from her, I would have seen it there. I also asked why there were latex balloons in the order when I upgraded to mylar. She said that I got what was pictured (which was a combination of mylar and latex) and she added one more mylar balloon. That was definitely not clear that an upgrade to mylar included just one extra balloon, instead of all mylar. She told me that she didn't want to "get nasty with me on the phone". Won't be doing business here again. So much for doing business with the local florist to try to support the local economy.

I called to place a funeral order and the woman on the phone was rude from the get go. I was threatened on voicemail and called a liar on the phone. I tried to send funeral flowers and the woman insisted she knew that there was no way the funeral could start at the time the funeral director was giving me; and that made me a "lying waste of her time" Of course this wasn't until AFTER she got my credit card number. Will definitely be reviewing my bill and disputing any charges from this terribly run business.

I called the morning of Saturday, May 11 to order flowers for my mother in-law. I said I was willing to spend around $50. The woman on the phone said, “if you can do $55 we are in business.” I agreed. She said they’d be delivered Monday. Again, I agreed. NOTHING else of price was mentioned.
I received a confirmation email a week later of a nice bouquet. I checked my bank account over the weekend and to my surprise I was charged $92.20!!
I called today and was SHOCKED by the way I was treated!!
I was very pleasant as I wouldn’t be accusatory of anything or anyone as it could be a mistake. The woman from the get go seemed rushed.
Here’s how our conversation went. I nicely explained in probably a 15 second try about the $50 &$55 that was discussed and she loudly cut me off, “can you get to you point?!” I was astounded!
I responded that I was getting to my point but it was important to understand the price agreement and that my point was I shouldn’t have been charged over $90. She proceeded with, “well I know for a fact we didn’t have $55 flowers left and you have to be charged tax and delivery but I don’t have time for this l have a doctor appointment to go to so call back on the morning!” When I asked for her name she actually pretended to not hear me making noises like she was cutting out! “I can’t hear you! Are you flipping kidding me!? Ugh!! I bet she’s on a stupid cell phone. Whatever.” *click*
I called immediately back and asked her name again. She said,” you must be on a cell. I can’t hear you. Call the owner tomorrow after 10 but I really need to go. She may have a log of the order but who knows?” Again I asked her name and she finally told me Sandy.
I am baffled by what just happened! Not only was I charged almost DOUBLE of what was agreed on.. the way I was just treated was completely and utterly unexceptable!
And if I’m being completely honest, this Sandy lady sounded like the lady that took my order before Mother’s Day.. who I spoke with then was very rushed and somewhat abrasive but had limited options as it was the day before Mother’s Day. I didn’t think too far into as I’m sure they were extremely busy and needed to get off the phone.
I can only hope the owner is more willing to help and doesn’t accept that kind of behavior in her shop!
And by the way, I NEVER wrote poor reviews! Never! This, however, should not be tolerated! ?

I wouldn’t step foot in this place. We called ahead to make sure they were open and the lady on the phone gave me the third degree! I was looking to buy flowers to make smudge bundles. She questioned me as if I broke the damn law! Needless to say I spent my little $100.00 flower budget elsewhere. Her loss, not mine. I don’t even know this person, but I would discourage everyone from attempting to do business with this place and whoever it was that answered the phone.
