Felt like the last gasps of a dying company. I commented to my wife that it felt like we were walking through Fry's Electronics right before it closed.
The staff weren't very attentive, including the manager who was playing on her phone. Pretty sure I could have walked out with a big item, and no one would have noticed.

“Thank you for calling Gainesville Best Buy” the IVR system deceitfully says, only it’s a call center, and now you are in a maze of questions, follow up questions, attempts to troubleshoot, attempts to reroute you to the internet - anything but put you in touch with a helpful Best Buy associate who could have handled the issue quickly. Best Buy will not get MY money - do better

I used to love Best Buy for all of the amazing goodies around the store, but now it's just bland as hell. It's still a good store for buying electronics, but anything else not so much. Best Buy has gone downhill since I was a kid.

Good luck getting help and yes someone will turn the volume up to loud cause they are trying to listen loudness over multiple devices at once and not how anything sounds individually. Thanks for the help and I know why I get park so close now.
