They ruined my husband’s $1000 custom tuxedo jacket that he wore twice and was in perfect condition—it was worn for our wedding and bridal portraits and was about a year old. I brought it here for cleaning and stated to please please be careful because it is hugely important to us. I should have taken it to my cleaners where we moved from in Tennessee, it would have been that worth it. I brought it back the second I noticed the fabric had been all but melted and was bubbling. This was months later but how often does one wear a tuxedo?? The plastic and receipts were still on it and they took it back without objection to time frame. Their “fix” months after I brought it back was to spray it with cheap chemicals other dry cleaners (I have googled it and read extensively) say “no reputable cleaner would ever use” to press the bubbling out of the fabric, but it will come back once it is not hanging on the hanger. This was also done before asking me whether I would be okay with them doing so. I had agreed to drop it off for ownership to look at it, not to have anything done with it and actually asked them not to until talking to me first. Only after the fact when I voiced my dissatisfaction both with their handling of the situation and with the so called “fix” did they start rambling on about their back-of-ticket “policy” with regard to timing, and they said the limit to damage is 10x the fee for cleaning, and threatened that I could come get it or they could buy it from me for $70 and it would be theirs. So, if you’re ok with that kind of policy being enforced or your items aren’t worth much, I guess that’s fine. Otherwise leave nothing here. I am just sick about the whole thing. Now, due to severe health issues I have suffered in the last several months and the major expenses associated and my inability to work, we are not, and will not for a long time be in a position to replace the jacket. Heartbreaking doesn’t begin to cover it. Terrible dry cleaning services, terrible customer service, no integrity. The owner gaslit me about how the jacket was packaged *by his own employees* (which I had nothing to do with) and accused me of lying/just trying to “get paid $1000” (I offered to put him in in touch with my tailor and even pay the tailor directly for replacement, so that we would have nothing to do with it /no money ever coming into my hands) and also tried to blame the manufacturer of the fabric… which happens to be one of the oldest and most reputable manufacturers of fabric in the United States. Had it been their fault they would’ve happily taken this on recall and remade it. Ownership says they care about customers and customer service…actions speak louder than words. He also ranted at me about his five star reviews which is a hoot given Yelp says only 2.5 (should have looked closer before I chose a cleaner in town, lesson learned). And he has never apologized or taken any accountability, pure defensiveness and frustration with me. Meanwhile, the tailor who is least at fault in all of this has gone out of his way to help us navigate this horrible situation and been so very kind to me regarding my medical condition. He will be keeping our business and loyalty, but this cleaners absolutely will not. Had the situation been handled better we likely would still be customers, but I do not give my business to people who treat me with disrespect and cannot be trusted. I will be complaining to the BBB. Additionally do not rely on earlier reviews, this owner just bought the business a few years ago (he told me this himself). I would venture to guess there’s been some encouragement and incentivizing to leave google reviews as well bc the average rating there is so disparate from Yelp.

I took some drapes to be drycleaned. I knew there were some spots that probably wouldn't come clean. They put a message on the tag that confirmed that. However what they failed to mention is that someone probably slept in the drapes before they hung them up. They are now wrinkled and dirty, as opposed to just dirty. It cost me $120 for this failed experiment. When I phoned to complain, they did offer to repress them, but that would mean I had to take them down and return to the store. We are leaving town for a few months, so I had no time to help them fix their mistake. Terrible quality control. I won't be back.

There was some miscommunication on what I needed (and I asked for something specific) and instead of "winging it, the owner called me to make sure I received everything I asked for!!!

I won't take anything back to them. Took a purse to have a zipper put in charged 23.00. Got it back 7 weeks later same zipper. Took it back asked for them to replace the zipper like they we're supposed to.Go to pick it up to be told nothing was ready . she would give me a call that evening. No call came so my husband sent a email. They emailed back said to much stitching He sowed a very small section not even the size of my little finger said he would give me a 13.00 refund.I get there to pick it up was told it wasn't there I described the purse it was found on a table then she says mam about the refund we can't give it back to you . You will have to take a credit from us I said ok I need some thing in writing. Then she says we can't do that. I was like how do you know about the 13.00 refund if I don't have any proof. Then she said even if you had proof of it Probably won't be any good when you try to use it . I walked out with my purse said I won't be back no apology not even a care . Good luck getting your belongings repaired or back at this place. They will not answer the phone

Don’t advertise same day service if you’re going to immediately shut someone down for same day service when they walk in at 8 am and not even try to accommodate.

They use a heavy perfume in their cleaning, which they lied about when I asked. With serious allergies, a person can could into anaphylaxis from this. I will never use them again. If I had known this when I brought the item, I could have avoided the loss of use that has resulted. It is incredible that someone would lie, knowing they would be found out when the job was completed.

So this is a case of stepping up, owing a mistake and fixing it beyond my expectation. The service was good but the service with s issue was perfect. Not seen often anymore. Customer service is not dead.
