Told me they didn't have a restroom and sent me next door , the owner said they have a restroom and send their customers over to use the restroom at the donut shop and the owners there are sick of it.

I purchased a marine battery before I went to the lake for vacation. I called immediately and told them the battery was dead and failed a charge test and I had to buy one at the lake. I stayed on vacation and when I was finally able to return the dead battery all they will do is replace it. The piece of junk failed and I asked for a refund. I don’t need two batteries. Against policy but don’t worry about the people that buy from them. Not again.

Batteries Plus (Sky) replaced my iphone 11 Pro Max screen. The phone worked when I received it back. She said no warranty because my phone has a slight bend, which I didn't really see but signed the paper because it seemed to be fixed. I took it home, put it on charge and the screen glitched out. The phone eventually died and the screen would not work to touch. I took it back. Sky removed the screen, put it back on (didn't put back in a new seal) and the screen worked again. Until I charged it. It ghosted and went nuts again. I took it to another shop. The shop changed out the screen and determined that it was a faulty cheap screen that was used. They tried that screen in another iphone and it did the same ghosting as it did on mine. Batteries Plus has said no refunds. I won't be back and I disputed the charge. I am happy to return the defective screen, as the other repair company gave it back to me. I want a refund.

Had a dead battery that was covered under a 3 year replacement warranty and was told that because it was too dead (under 10 volts) it would not be covered. I guess if a battery fails a little they cover it but if it fails bad they don't cover it. Don't understand the reasoning here! I am not done pursuing this.

my iPhone 11 screen was replaced quickly. the tech/associates were quick and efficient. I rated 4 stars only because i’d have liked to know some deper info about what material/product was used for the replacement and a few “fine print” bullet points to have been communicated prior to service rendered. However, no issues since it seems so far that the repair went smoothly and no glitches or errors noticed since earlier today.A few years ago I had a screen replacement for an older model iPhone done and the screen wasn’t installed flush/evenly somehow and I was in a rush and didn’t notice until the next day and was too anxious to return. it has changed a lot since so happy I gave another try!

I've been 2 times to try and have a key fob made and I'm always told they can't do it due to only 1 person on shift and they need 2. I'm confused to why it takes 2 people to put a key in a machine?

I drove 18 miles after looking up on their website for their location (Gainesville) to recycle a laptop and battery back up. I specifically looked to make sure they recycled the units and not just the battery. When I got there, they said they only recycled the batteries. I would have paid for proper recycle/disposal, but their not the place to do it. Don’t advertise is if you don’t do it.

If there was a negative I would give it! I have never received such poor customer service! I purchased a golf cart battery eight months ago from this location the battery is not holding a charge so I’m trying to get it exchanged. However I’m being told there’s nothing they can do about it it’s all has to go through Trojan but yet nobody is following up with it and it’s been three weeks I have been waiting for someone to let me know about my battery and they haven’t even sent the battery off the Trojan! I will never buy another battery from this place again.

I Just called to check on my battery replacement with a brand new fuse to be put on a brand new 6v battery that I was purchasing from the Gainesville store to be told By Hunter that he did not get a fuse from me. Basically calling me a liar and then hung up on me when I explicitly said I handed the battery and the new fuse to him. When I called him in the fact he was calling me the customer a liar and would not offer to even ask around or look for said fuse he then back tracked and said ok I lost it. Which he was jus placating me at that point. I offered to order another fuse and he said he wouldn’t even work on the battery anyways. Some customers service at this store. When I asked for his manager he said he was. Then I had to ask for his bosses name. I even made a special effort to take it to this store because when I went in the first time the employee was very helpful. NOT AGAIN. Lynn Atwood Dahlonega Ga
